Confidence doesn’t come easy for most people. I’ve always struggled with confidence. I was ALWAYS “too fat”. No matter what anyone said; when I looked in the mirror, there was always this image that I didn’t want looking back at me. No matter how much I worked out and how little I ate, I could never meet my own standards. Now, after these past 3 years, my life has been turned upside down, sideways, and in a loop. And after surviving all of that, my body has changed and I still feel as though I’m not good enough. Learning to love yourself is a daily struggle. It’s hard to get there after all the years of hating what you see, even though your reflection is and always has been perfect.
It’s so easy to say “everyone is beautiful”, but not believing that in yourself. Self acceptance and love is daily intention to work on. After all, the more confident you are in yourself, the more love you’ll realize is out there for you.

I forgive my abuser and don't hold any hate in my heart because if I want to heal I have to let it go once and for all and love truly heals all things.
To be completely honest, I've always felt my abuser was abused and that's why they did what they did.
Does it make it right? No. But I have more anger and hurt in my heart from keeping it in all these years.
Over the years I've been bullied, taken advantage of, walked all over and treated like trash and I know they all stemmed from my throat Chakra being damaged AF from silencing my truth for do long.
I WILL NOT BE SILENT ANYMORE.
I was abused.
BUT I WILL NOT LET THAT BE THE STORY ANYMORE.
I'm the fucking boss of my life and I get to write how this shit goes so I'm choosing different.
I'm learning that I've felt shame about speaking my opinion/"talking too much" for so long that it's effecting my business and life and if I want to heal it, I have to speak on it.
From this day forward if I have something to say I'm gonna say it.
I'M GONNA SHOUT THAT SHIT FROM THE ROOF TOPS.
If I wanna say fuck in my business and you don't like it. You can kindly fuck off.
If I want to ramble for 25 minutes on FB live about how passionate I am about helping you grow you business and you don't want to watch...DON'T.
BUT THAT WILL NOT HOLD ME BACK FROM SPEAKING.
I've come to realize that keeping quite all these years about the TRUTH has made me tell myself this bullshit story that I'm not worthy and I will not stand for that anymore.

🌿Sarah’s instant love of yoga began 18 years ago when, after the birth of her second child, she stumbled across a yoga class at her local gym. The asana postures and focus on the breath opened up new ways of staying calm and focused as a Mother of young children! A dedicated yogi from that moment, Sarah went on to have two more children AND train as a yoga teacher.🌿
🌿Her foundational training was with John Ogilvie in 2012, and Sarah has gone on to attend many workshops and training with visiting teachers to the Illawarra ~ Amy Ippoliti, Mark Robberds, Rachel Zinman & John Weddephol. She also completed her Yin Yoga training with Tara Fitzgibbon in 2016 ~ often adding Yin elements to her Hatha Flow classes.🌿
🌿With a joyful approach to teaching, Sarah gives students the opportunity to find within themselves kindness, curiosity and a centred heart.🌿⠀

We’ve had quite a time. Up and down and back up again. We’ve only known each other less than a year, yet, we've moved in together. Twice. And unfortunately we’ve broken up three or four times. No relationship is perfect. We went into this one thinking it was🙄
On paper, it's absolutely ridiculous how many boxes we check for each other. Sometimes it’s still hard to believe, yet, we still have CHALLENGES. Not problems. This distinction has been a game changer. If something doesn’t feel right, we look at it as an obstacle to overcome rather than an issue we're stuck with💡
This switch in mindset has made a world of difference and we’re more capable than ever, attacking every obstacle TOGETHER. We do not just accept what we don't like. And, when we're really struggling, we try to think more CREATIVILY and have more patience with each other. We listen, learn and grow🌳
We both may have needed some space to work some stuff out in our minds, but we never stopped loving each other. A smooth sea never made skilled sailors and we’re on this boat togetha⛵️
Transformation Tuesday... I still can’t believe this was a year ago... so much was different.
Friday I’ll have 1,2,&3 year olds.
I can’t believe it.
I’ve officially lost all my baby weight, gained muscle mass, made some AWESOME friends, and changed my mindset DRASTICALLY.
So when people ask me if it’s worth it to purchase a challenge pack that gets me access to all kinds of goodness then I say:
Can you really put a price tag on your health? Is it worth it to be happier, healthier, stronger,...?? HECK TO THE YEAHHHH. 🤷♀️
