Are your business financial statements being utilized in a process that empowers management with timely, accruate, and relevant information??? Information that not only provides a historical (past) viewpoint, but more important provides financial information that can be utilized by management to make better and more informed decisions regarding present and future business decisions. Every business should implement a process known as the monthly financial rhythm. This process allows your financial statements to keep up to the same drumbeat as your business operations and not lag behind. This is a process that I make sure is implemented for all my clients! If you would like to schedule a free consultation and learn more about how this process will improve your business, just click the link in the bio to contact me. #virtualcfo#managementaccountant#financialstatements#financialratios#financialliteracy#businessconsultant#businessadvisor#monthlyfinancials#financialreporting#businessmanagement#businessoperations

Are you one of the evolving female entrepreneurs or “mumtrepreneur” of 2018?? You may be starting your business and in a completely new journey or already owning it whichever stage you are at in your business there is no denying that reviews, planning and projections are a massive part of moving your business to the next level.
Assessing past performance and planning the strategy for future success is crucial if you want the business to grow or if you want to review performance of each area of the business to determine what needs to be implemented into your business strategy.
I read somewhere today “in smaller businesses an accountants role consists primarily of financial data collection, entry and reporting requirements” as opposed to the larger organisation which benefit from the planning and strategic services an accountant can offer 🙅🏻♀️ I disagree 🤷🏻♀️ No matter what size of your business knowing what is happening in the business and where the business is heading is one of the main drivers towards success. From obtaining finance to closing that big lead or sponsorship, ensure you have the tools, knowledge and figures to support your business goals and decisions.
A good accountant is your (business) best friend and will help you identify and understand success factors of your business and translate into a format that is useful for you to use and understand your business and performance.
It’s all about perspective and knowledge that will give you the power to transform your business!
I am all for empowering women and it is such an amazing thing to see the rise in entrepreneurship amongst fellow female leaders of business. And in a role that gives me the opportunity to help transform businesses and transform lives.
No matter what your business or financial goal is I can and do want to help you!
If we have not met yet but you would be interested in the skills I can offer you then please do get in touch I would like to work with you x
