Yesterday I had the amazing experience of getting trained in @trxtraining by a true teacher! @trainingsmarter As a yoga teacher, it was interesting to be in a room full of personal trainers and learning their language! I plan on using TRX to combine with yoga as well as therapeutic moves! I am so excited to announce in just a couple of days my new adventure! Stay tuned as I will be letting go of some of my current classes to make room for @wholebodywellnessandyoga at @crossfitinspire in Malvern, PA. There will be yoga classes, Buti yoga,TRX Yoga Fusion sessions, one on one yoga sessions and health coaching- group and individual as well as workshops! When you step into your private Float Room, you won’t be fighting gravity. The 1000+ pounds of epsom salt in the water supports you as you lie on your back. The water is kept at skin temperature, ~93.5 degrees, which means you lose track of where your body ends and the water begins. Your ears stay just below the water (with earplugs) and the rooms are insulated against sound, so noise from the outside world doesn’t reach you, and everyone simply floats effortlessly.
For an hour, or more, the outside world is gone, and amazing things happen. It turns out that when you’re not fighting gravity or constantly taking in information, your body has a lot of extra resources at its disposal; your mind is able to unwind and flow freely without distraction, your brain pumps out dopamine and endorphins, and your body gets to rest, de-stress, and heal.
Specifically, Floating is working so effectively as an adjunctive therapy for PTSD.

Roberts: “Float therapy is far superior to other traditional routes, [such as] varying types of drug regiments—one way or another they just temporarily overpower your brain and cause some form of blurred reality—and explaining your situation over and over again to multiple specialists as each one gets to know you and your situation, which caused me recurring internal anxiety and agitation. I’ve tried them all. When I’m in floating the absolute serenity and calmness is entirely therapeutic."

Over the next 42 says we will be working on our client’s mindset and helping them acquire the skills they need to not only succeed over the 42 days but after it’s over and make it a lifestyle.

With saying that I am done trying to convince you that you are worth making you a priority.
I am done trying to get you motivated to do a program that can potentially save your life like it has so many others.
I am done trying to convince you to take the first step to the rest of your life being happier, fitter, having more energy, and more self-confident.
Although I am done doing all these things, when you are ready, me and my team will be here for you.

Itching for a quick and easy dose of protein, so I went with a traditional standby; meatloaf. Nothing fancy just high quality meat from my farmers, the right blend of herbs and spices and your ready to go.
