We’re taking Juni to the beach... for the very first time! Soooooo excited to see her reaction eeekkkkk 🌊🌊🌊 She’s clearly just as excited lolssss! I love seeing other people (or dogs) experience things for the first time - it reminds me how exciting the little things can be when you’ve never tried it before. M xx
As many already know, Stan Lee, the mastermind behind many of Marvel Comic's superheroes, died Monday (Today) at age 95.
The comic-book writer leaves behind a career that spans over five decades and hundreds of superheroes.
In 1961, Lee and Jack Kirby started Marvel Comics with The Fantastic Four, and he co-created other iconic fictional characters such as Spider-Man, the Hulk, Doctor Strange, Daredevil, Black Panther, and the X-Men.
Through these superheroes, he was able to inspire generations of fans. ButLee also motivated others in interviews over the years.
I can probably keep telling you so many stories about his success but I’m sure you already know it, so instead, I will just leave you with one of his memorable quotes:
"You know, my motto is 'Excelsior.' That's an old word that means 'upward and onward to greater glory.' It's on the seal of the state of New York. Keep moving forward, and if it's time to go, it's time. Nothing lasts forever." -Stan Lee.
Rest in peace 💙 -

So q4 of this year has been short of insane..California to New York to China to Indonesia back to America then directly to Australia....na it was pretty insane.
But as I sit here in Australia I have random moments of gratitude pop into my head. And then I think....how did I get so "lucky" to do something so fun in life for work.
Do you have faith? Do you believe in crazy shit? Do you take risks and chances? Do you have confidence in every single thing you do? If you answered NO to any of these things..I can guarantee you that by changing your belief systems and how you perceived life, can lead to some magnificent things in life. Anywhere from reaching financial pinnacles to finding complete freedom in your life. Trust me. I have been diving into my faith and beliefs so much lately and the more I do it the more the universe gives me. Do it. Try it. Believe it.
The reason your Facebook Ads constantly fail:
The first point I wanna emphasize a lot and is said a lot in the industry yet not that many people understand, is your data...
First off all, most of the people who really consume my content have been following me for a long time so they probably have initial experience with influencers which means they already have data and a more clear picture on how to attack Facebook ads, the rest though, the people who have no data and want to get into FB ads start off with their main objective as conversions and this is wrong based on common sense.
The strategy I use and the people who work with me or do consulting calls is kind of different.
My advice on that topic is either go with influencers before starting or try to collect data with view content or ad to cart as an objective.
You could also do a PPE ad to build some social proof.
The basic gist of this strategy is for you to realize that you need data, not necessarily pixel data but data that will show you clearly who and where you need to target them.
Pixel data is equally important because some audiences may really be not what you think.
For example there are audiences that you may run with both genders and completely fail because the main gender that buys those products may be male or female or have a Completely different age group that the one you marketed.
This brings me to my next point which is....
Always make your research. Go on Google trends, see your audience, don't half ass your research.
The main reason you're failing, is because while you may think you have done everything, you actually have done nothing which means the research was not in depth and you just looked something very general.
My last point is keeping track of your data from each adset.
You run an ad for 2-3 days and that ad performs very badly and you just leave it there, you obviously see its not going anywhere but you still don't change it or kill it and when you eventually kill it you complain about the product or ad not working.
Always optimize an ad if it doesn't work well, I've talked about it numerous times and I'm definitely going to talk about it more in depth in the future 💯 🐺
Yahoo's had it tough. Don't be like Yahoo 😂😂😂

Meeting at the bank on a Friday night ya already know.... 🙄🌗🌚
Crazy to me that to average person works on average 8 hours per day, but the average millionaire works on average 13 hours per day.... If we do the math, that's 5 hours more every single day... And 1825 hours more after one year.... 🔮🍾
Success leaves clues... So many people expect and want to become successful, yet they are not willing to work on Friday nights and the weekend... There is nothing wrong with that obviously, but at the same time, you can't talk a big game and do the opposite after.... You can't say you want to be successful, and put zero work in... It just doesn't work like that... You have to be honest with yourself... If you want to chill, fucking chill... But don't come bullshit that you ''don't have the time'' or any excuses close to that.... And it reality, the only person you're really tricking is yourself.... At the end of the day, you are responsible of your successes or failures.... I think the key resides in simply being self-aware and knowing what you truly want.... Once you figure that out, you can triple down on the direction you're going and forget what doesn't matter.... ♋️💨👾💯
Yon won't regret the things you did do when you were younger... You'll regret what you DIDN'T DO...... My mentor once told me that the best way to live your life is to miss zero opportunity... Every time that you're about to make a decision, always ask yourself which choice would lead you to the least amount of regret... Never let your fears be bigger than your enthusiasm of winning... 💕👁🗨
Get yo ass up it's grind time babyyy!!!! Off to the next destination.... All in before the end of 2018.... Won't stop until my whole team is at the next level.... Let's get it familia.... 😈✌🏼️🈂🔝💮
