Sunday morning ride spent dodging puddles, clumps of mud on the road and threatening storm clouds. The last 15mins actually ended in the sunshine, which was a pleasant surprise.
Eleven weeks until we hit the road to Sydney for the #parkinsonsinmotion ride to raise awareness of Parkinson’s disease and funds for @shakeitupaust
The accommodation along the way is almost fully booked and things are starting to feel very real. But before the training gets hectic, I’m going to enjoy a week of recovery. I am so exhausted at the minute, I feel like I’ve barely been functioning this past week. A week of toning this down a bit will do me the world of good.

Arrived in Girona and it got me thinking about all the cool places i’ve been on the bike this year. It all started back in January with a trip to Tasmania.
Think I’m going to have to write a book about the past 2/3 years it’s been a rollercoaster. Who’d buy it though, that’s the question I always ask myself.
