DAIRY GLUTEN FREE PALEO.
Coconut oil 1/2 cup
Organic eggs large 2
Raw dark chocolate 72% 1/3 cup
Maple syrup 1/2 cup
Himalayan sea salt 3/4 teaspoon
Arrowroot 3 tbsp
Arrowroot gives thickness and is gaining popularity due to it being gluten free and containing no GMO
Cocoa or cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Fresh vanilla extract 2 tsp
Grease and line a 27 inch Brownie tray.
Preheat the oven to 175c
First the coconut oil and chocolate in a bowl over some gently simmering water once melted
add the coconut oil and chocolate chips to a mixer and add all the other ingredients and blend until the batter is thick.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and allow to cool completely before cutting into chunks.
