Been really enjoying this new technique of incorporating nature elements in our designs. This technique requires a lot of patience because each piece takes 2 days to make! What do you think? Should I make more? 🍃🌿🌱

Playing in traffic a bit on Saturday night. Love ya Austin🙌
Lets talk ANXIETY! In what form does anxiety attack you if you struggle with it? And if you don’t struggle with it what do you feel it is about you that makes it so you don’t? Is it confidence? Security? My anxiety comes in the form of never feeling enough. Its crippling at times, but when i face the anxieties and go through the hard things it makes the next time easier, because my body realizes I didn’t die going through my anxiety. Its been a fun experience this year to embrace the hard things and see what happens when i walk through the fire. Somehow I thrive and survive. And always come out stronger. How about you? 🔥👇🏻
It’s been a watery few days. Spent yesterday cold water swimming in Bodiam learning some aquatic first aid, glamping reunion with @tessosman, a sunny cup of coffee on the beach this morning before work and a beautiful sunset run this evening. #loveoutdoors#not9to5#girlswhosurf#ourdoorgirls
Honestly if it wasn’t for his brother pleading for me to Home educate him then I would never have thought to take this one out of school. I was desperate for him to catch up academically and never once stopped to think of the real impact on his emotional well-being. As it is he wants to learn maths and English thanks to skoolbo and @exploretutors, he’s had a great time today with scratch and in his skiing lesson he felt he achieved things.
#montanha#amor#paixao#respeito#mantiqueira#deboa

Today is World Rhino Day. This day was created to celebrate rhinos and to raise awareness of the threats they face.
According to the IUCN list, three of the five rhino subspecies are critically endangered; Javan Rhinoceros, Black Rhinoceros, and Sumatran Rhinoceros.
Whereas the Indian Rhinoceros is vulnerable, and the White Rhinoceros (pictured above) is near threatened. Although Black, Indian and White rhino numbers are increasing.
The most common threats faced by rhinos are poaching, urbanisation, and pollution. Rhinos are mainly affected by poaching, and as a result there’s thought to be around 200 Sumatran rhinos, and around 50 Javan rhinos (!).
Although poaching is illegal, hunters are making a lot of money from poaching on the black market, so this is still a massive problem.
Rhinos are also losing a lot of their habitat due to human activity. This includes, development building in the places they call home, logging, and agriculture.
As a result rhinos are forced to live in fragmented and isolated areas, where they are prone to inbreeding, which causes more health problems, such as diseases.

Only ten steps to reach the warm, salty Mediterranean water.
Shot this on a hike from Nice via Monaco to the Italian border.

The Blue Lighthouse.
Shot during a trip to Menorca, one of the beautiful Balearic Islands. I really liked the view of this lonely lighthouse above the rough cliffs and the cold blue sea, despite the cloudy weather. In fact, the moody sky gave a special atmosphere to this scene.
