Guten Morgen Ihr Lieben! 🍁🌻
Heute steht das dritte, und ich hoffe für etwas länger, das letzte Mal ein Besuch bei Ikea an! 🙈 Bald begrüßen die uns schon mit Namen! 😄
Der ♥️-Mann muss heute leider bis mittags arbeiten und wird auf dem Rückweg von uns eingesammelt, denn wir machen heute einen Frauen-Shopping-Tag bei Ikea! Die beste Oma und Mama kommt gleich und während mein Großer den Opa hütet, bringen wir Oma auf Ikea-Gedanken!
Wobei das schwer wird, denn die Sorge um den kranken Opa/Papa wird von Tag zu Tag schlimmer! Am Anfang ist man noch so voller „jaaa, dass Krabbeltier bei Papa im Körper wird niedergetrampelt“, aber mittlerweile schleichen sich Gedanken ein, wie „was ist, wenn es doch stärker ist?!“ Und schwups sackt einem das Herz sooo weit nach unten, dass alles ausgeblendet wird und ohne das man dies bemerkt, kleine Tränen kullern!
Ich weiß nicht wieso, ich hab immer #fuckcancer unterstützt! Hatte immer mein tiefstes Mitgefühl für all diejenigen, die es getroffen hat, aber das es einem aus dem fest geliebten, unentbehrlichen Umfeld erwischt, daran hab ich nie gedacht! Egoistisch hab ich gedacht: warum sollte es uns treffen?!?! Und dann kam Tag X, ein Satz von einem Arzt und plötzlich sitzt man dabei! Die Welt steht still, dreht sich dann plötzlich anders weiter und ein Unwettersystem baut sich über einer Familie auf! Bisher steuern wir gemeinsam dagegen, manchmal werden die Wolken dunkler, verdichten sich, dann wird es wieder heiter bis wolkig!
Möge es noch lange heiter bis wolkig bleiben, es ist noch soviel zusammen zu erleben, da darf keiner von uns sieben fehlen! ♥️
Ooohhhh jeee, düstere Gedanken am Samstagmorgen, aber so gehört das zum Leben einfach hinzu! #fürmehrrealitätaufinstagram .

I had already lost about 20kg in the second video! I’ve been thinking about it lately & I think it’s crazy how easily I have forgotten what it was like weighing 154kg — struggling to walk, having to sew up the inner thighs of all my work pants like once a week because my chafing thighs would rip them to shreds; getting annoyed if we were parked too far away from the entrance of a shopping centre; worrying that plastic lawn chairs were going to break/or if I could even fit in them when I had to sit in them; never wanting to go out/not wanting to go out often because I only had like 2 tops that fit & I was embarrassed that people would notice I was wearing the same clothes all the time; having to fix broken/ripped old clothes instead of buying something new because I couldn’t find my size anywhere; having extremely sore feet after a day at work (that never happens anymore!); sleeping all day because I had no energy because I ate huge amounts of the wrong foods; always sitting with my big handbag on my lap to hide myself (I use a small bag now & I don’t try to cover myself with it); to be extremely out of breath after walking up stairs & trying my best to hide it/breathe quietly; and the list goes on & on!! I can’t believe I lived my life like that for such a long time. So very happy to not have to be struggling with all those things anymore. 💪🏼😁 •

This picture means so much to me. I know the number on the scale isn't everything. I reached so much till now. I lost weight, gained muscle and my body shaping. Still I have to admit that being under 90kg feels good ^^ Never forget to celebrate every little step you achieved so far. Don't say to yourself 'oh I only reach that much so far' be excited about what you reached. It's so good for your mental health.
32 days binge free!!!! Can’t wait to make it to 33. I stopped trying to do week goals when it comes to certain things and bingeing is one of those things I feel that I should take day by day. I still have urges and of course I wish it would just go away altogether but there’s a lot of work to be done behind that so for now I keep writing every time I feel the need to binge and it keeps helping me. Day by day. I got this! Day 33 I’m coming for you!!

I can't believe i haven't managed to kill this poor thing yet 🤪 And she loves to bloom when my heart is sore. Although there are many positives within that alone.
I am down 2x cactus (they dried out & broke in half #sorrynotsorry ), and 3x Lillies that disintegrated🤔.
Somehow this poor 🌺 i purchased last year has resurrected, and 1 Lily too🌱

When you're running, try taking shorter steps and aim to land on the middle of your foot instead of your heel. Your heels aren't designed to handle that kind of repetitive impact.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The reason why I dislike running is the impact it has on already immobile, weak joints that 99% of people have.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I'm not saying don't run but inevitably face the consequences. If you are a runner then you need to stretch/mobile befote and after your run. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It baffles me the amount of people who don't properly warm-up, activate and mobilize prior to any type of exercise, whether it be running, lifting weights, fitness classes...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You NEED to be looking after your joints just as much as you NEED oxygen to survive. Cold hard fact but it's a fact. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

"I can't recommend this plan enough to people as I've tried various different diets and I've never been able to fully commit to any of them, but this one is different.
