Here is some authentic, raw, realness. I’ve spent basically my entire life hating the way I look. Looking in the mirror and feeling disgusted, treating myself SO bad. My weight would fluctuate drastically. I’d eat until I was sick some days, and to make up for it I’d starve myself. Before I met razz I was eating exactly this: 1 packet of oatmeal a day. I lost a lot of weight, but I was starving (still self conscious) and sick everyday. Now I fuel my body with what it needs. I don’t think I have that ‘perfect’ physique, but I love what I see in the mirror now. My stretch marks are a huge part of my body, and they don’t bother me at all anymore. I am happy to see myself healthy, physically and mentally. Life isn’t all about losing weight, there are ups and downs, but it’s so important to be healthy and treat yourself right. Don’t spend your entire life hating yourself and the way you look.

Greek Salad with Lemony Garlic Dressing
Makes 4 servings and per serving you receive:
· 3 greens
· 2 healthy fats
· 3 condiments
3 cups Romaine lettuce
1 ½ cups tomatoes
1 ½ cups green onion
10 black olives
1 ½ cups cucumbers
6 tablespoons reduced-fat feta cheese
Lemony Garlic Dressing:
3 teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon lemon zest
3 cloves garlic, minced
7 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 packet of splenda
½ teaspoon black pepper
For the salad, combine all the ingredients and top with fresh feta cheese and pepper to taste.

Doing this outside will actually burn more calories due to your body having to adjust to the temperature out doors!
If you lift weights 3 days a week for example and walk on the other days, you would look and feel so much better, and it’s all low impact so it’s great for anyone at any age.
It’s great as an active recovery day routine, or even can be used as your exercise for the day. Either way, you should include it in your weekly schedule because it does wonders for physical and mental health as well as improve body composition!

Most peoples days will look similar to the pie chart above, apart from picking the dog poo up daily... who does that? 😅
So then when you decide you want to lose weight you will either pry a workout into this time for a little while until the new series of Suits comes onto Netflix or you'll simply declare you don't have time in your day to do anything...
1️⃣Can you reduce the time spent doing non-essentials to make way for your new health regime? Do you really need to spend 3 hours a night watching TV in the lead up to bedtime? That hour you spend scrolling through social media (Except for my posts of course but you can just turn on notifications to get the good stuff 👍) could be reduced? Cooking food could be reduced by making bigger portions one day to then heat up the next?
Finding that hour in your schedule to get a quick workout in may be difficult but if it's something you really want, you'll find it.
2️⃣Optimise the things you already do. Here I am talking about simply improving your health in the things you already do. Are there ways you could improve your sleep? Get a deeper sleep? Stop waking up in the night? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Are there foods that you could slip in or take out of your current diet that will improve your digestion and overall health? Actually chewing your food properly can reduce the strain on your digestion.
Are there ways you could reduce the amount of stress in your job? Do you worry about things that aren't in your control? Do you have a structured schedule to fit everything in? Are you in the right job?
Living a healthier life does not have to be a full-time job. You can fit it into your life right now if you try.
