Wellness is more than physical activity. It’s more than what you eat. It’s more than celebrating culture and family. It’s how you manage your internal dialogue and emotional state. It’s how much sleep you get. Who you choose to spend your time with and how much love you share with those around you. Sometimes, you can’t do it all. That’s OK. You’re human. That doesn’t necessarily mean you are doing something wrong. As you grow, you change. The need to recalibrate is there. Sometimes practicing wellness requires that you withdraw from your daily to do so. To feel your feelings, to process what is necessary for the next leg in the marathon of life.
