Never tell yourself there is something you can’t do! You CAN do ANYTHING that you set your mind to. Anything is possible for all of us, it’s about taking it one step at a time, each one that little bit further than the last. It’s about admitting when it gets really hard and then taking a break, starting again and finding a different way to keep moving forward. You see it’s not about perfect there’s no such thing, it’s about doing you, unapologetically and finding all the reasons to smile along the way ✨🏅✨ #edinburghmarathon2019
By show of hands...how many of you are willing to admit that you aren’t truly maximizing your life to the fullest and that you want to make a change? .
Are you EXISTING or LIVING? .
So existing can be defined as doing the necessary to stay alive. But living means to savour every moment of your existence for what it is.
NTS: Embrace the Journey 🌸
Life does not always go as planned but it always leads you to where you’re suppose to be. That’s been one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned this past year. Every disappointment, failure, heartbreak is preparing you for bigger and better things. Don’t give up 💕 #notetoself ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My wonderful garage sale find, a perfect KitchenAid Classic Mixer with all three blades, and it works beautifully! 🎂❤️🎂❤️$35, what a deal! Made my day so much we made cookies to test it out. 🍪 💕🍪 Have you ever wanted something and thought it was too expensive or not really needed? Have you ever wanted to do something, but thought that you would do it later? Holding off for someday, thinking you would get it later or do it later? I am not saying run out and buy the mixer, but determine the really important things in life and work to do them l, say them, be them sooner rather than wait. So often later may never come for this reason or that so focus today on what you really, really want and work hard to put that in your plan for today. Remember, you may need to save and plan to make certain things happen. You may need to give up things to make these important things happen, but if it makes you happy, brings you closer to the people you love, or fulfills a life-long dream it may be worth the effort. 💕 Think about those things you are putting off till tomorrow. ❤️Today can be a someday. Today can be special in so many ways, stop waiting for special later in life when this is right or this is right, they may never be right. Use the good China, burn your favorite candle, roll down those windows and enjoy today.
I love the many sayings by Erma Bombeck (some were above) when she found out she had cancer. People asked if she would change anything in her life, she said no initially and then changed her mind. “There would have been more I love yous ... more I'm sorrys ... more I'm listenings ... but mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute of it ... look at it and really see it ... try it on ... live it ... exhaust it ... and never give that minute back until there was nothing left of it.” It does not have to be a mixer you are waiting on, maybe it is love or caring, saying or doing something, today is your day, go get what you want. ❤️💕❤️

ANNIVERSARY | 1 year ago today, I bought my first car! Less than a month later, I took my baby out for a road trip to Shasta. I’m having the best runs ever with my Rav 4! 🚘🧡 Oregon is my next stop!!! Let me know where I should drive to 😄
Guys, this stuff reallllly WORKS. Like really. The feedback has been phenomenal. •
Because I know how painful it is when your marketing doesn’t work. When it's like throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping it’ll stick. And you throw again and again…. 🍝🍝🍝 • 🚫STOP. There’s a way to do it RIGHT. •
So, in case you didn’t see - I’ve reopened the challenge for the coming week. REGISTRATION CLOSES TOMORROW 8.59AM EST. •
Let’s be real - it’s only 5 days. If your business isn’t worth that - I don’t know WHAT is. •
And I’ve put the link in my bio this time. Go sign up. (And if you’ve completed the Challenge, tag your friends who would want it! It's only fair to share 😊) •
Drop a ‘💛’ if this resonates with you and tag someone that this can inspire ☝🏼
The reason why we struggle with ourselves is because we compare our behind-the-scenes with everyone else’s highlight reel.

This might sound like a cliche, but the present moment really is a gift.
For each of us, the present moment is the absolute farthest we’ve come in our journeys so far. From where we stand, in the present, we have infinite possibilities for how to move forward.
The past can never be changed, but the beauty of the present moment is that it’s malleable. We can choose what to do right now and make one of a million different things come about. We have the power to shape the future!
Al this might sound incredibly sappy, but I think it’s worth saying. We often find ourselves in a situation we don’t like and forget that we can actually make a move and change it, before it’s too late and it becomes part of the past.
Life may feel like a train hurtling down the rails that never stops. But we can stop. It’s important to stop sometimes and think, “what do I want to do next?” This moment is yours.

Don't wait around on anyone or anything. Keep your spirit happy by doing what genuinely makes you do better in life and achieve your goals!
Realize that your habits and routines shape up your future
Stop complaining that it is hard, it is supposed to be hard. Just keep pushing.
And if it’s not hard, it means that you are underestimating yourself and you may need to add some extra “weight” to make some real tangible progress.
It’s time to adopt the behaviors needed for success.
What’s one habit that you are working on improving this weekend?
