Staying open is the door to improvement and growth. Every. Time.
Easier said than done--I know.
Holding space for all the possibilities, all the options, and all the movement--holds the key to transform your life and leadership. During meetings, social interactions, messaging, program development--how open are you?!? Do you explore various paths, hear different voices, or consider a variety of input? What projects or people have you been closed off to lately? How can you circle back with an open mind and heart? When the conversation(s) start to kick up dust and stress, how can you stay grounded and open? Remind yourself that you are safe, walk through the threats and lower your affective filter. Practice your mindfulness strategies in these moments, and stay present.
Connect with your body--what does it feel like when you're open? Are you shoulders relaxed? Is your chest open? It's different for everyone. What goes on in your mind? Are you able to quiet down the incessant chatter or judgment? Can you listen fully without interjecting your expertise or skepticism?
Openness is an invitation. It is not armor. You will be disappointed. You will be hurt. And these experiences will build your resilience, and help you in the long run--even when it doesn't feel like it. Being open is experiencing the range of emotions and life's dynamics. It brings you to life and relies on trusting yourself. Embrace the possibility of pain--plan for roadblocks and challenges, and stay open. You got this.

🤔Nak sambung belajar tapi SPM tak kredit? 🤔Takde SPM?
🤔Nak naik pangkat tapi takde sijil?
Ada ujian pulak?🤗
Jangan risau, soalan penilaian dia tak susah pun. .
Jadi... #jommasukIIC. .

Feeling a little burnt out? Exhausted from the demands of school and work? We’ve all been there.
Here are 5 habits that may help you navigate graduate school in the midst of midterms:
1. Carve out 5-10 minutes out of your day to do whatever it is that makes you happy - whether that is watching something on Netflix or taking a nap. Carve out that time for yourself. You deserve to take care of yourself, even for just a little bit.
2. Remove yourself from negative spaces.
Surround yourself with those who will lift you up and motivate you.
3. Carve out time to eat a proper meal.
4. Make time to get adequate sleep. If that means - 10 minutes more than your “normal” amount - do that. Every bit of it can help lift your mood.
5. Get active. Walk, run, do yoga, Pilates, stretch. Keep your body engaged.
Take a break when you need it. You deserve that much and your body deserves the same love and care as well. You are worth the attention, care, and love.
