Abs, abs and abs. I love training abs and always like to end all my workouts with at least 5 minutes of different circuits. I will usually do 1 full minute of a certain move and then go directly into the next one without any rest.

Made some BOMB ASS Brazilian chicken with coconut milk and asparagus thats was just👌🏼👌🏼😍 Read below for instructions/ swipe right to see all the flavor cookinnn!! Cus y’all this was a delight🤗🤤💪🏼
Also if any one needs help cooking some basic, yet flavorful, white rice lmk cus I’m Puerto Rican so if there’s one thing I can cook it’s rice lol😁😂
Ingredients: - 1 tsp cumin (all spices ground)
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp tumeric - 1 tsp coriander - 6 boneless chicken breasts
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 1 tbs fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 2-3 tbs fresh cut cilantro (to taste)
Place all spices (except salt & pepper) in a bowl and mix. Put chicken in bowl and salt & pepper to taste, rubbing all spices all over each breast afterwards. Heat half the olive oil (1 tbs) in skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 10-15 min on each side. Pierce them (at least the fattest one) with a fork and knive right in the middle to make sure they have cooked fully (no pink or pink juices), then put those on a plate to the side. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan, and stir in garlic, onion, jalapeños and ginger, about 5 min. Add tomatoes and cook those around 6 more min. Add coconut milk and cilantro and let that simmer and thicken a bit (5 min). Serve over chicken, and garnish with parsley. (I also topped it with a bit more cilantro because I didn’t use enough in the sauce like I suggested above). Bon a petit!!
A lot of people put themselves in a bad spot because they think that to lose weight you have to “go on a diet”
They think this means restricting their eating to only a list of foods that don’t taste good, and inevitably they fail, get frustrated and go on a binge😖
The alternative is an easier way to incorporate healthy eating into your lifestyle while not having to give any specific foods up, flexible dieting. All (yes all) food is made up of any of these (3) macronutrients: protein, carbs, and fat, just in different ratios
Find out what macronutrients are needed for YOUR body per day, eat mainly whole foods, but if you want that pizza or that donut and can fit it into your macros, have it without shaming yourself. This way you can stay on your plan for longer and not worry about missing out 🍕🌮🍔🍩

660x1. Huge, huge, huge confidence booster. First time in over a year I've touched 660, or anything close period. From having a big funk during last meet prep with squats to getting injured during the same prep and taking months off from squatting anything I'm super happy at where I am. I've said it before, but watching videos from @underthebar and @mfswede have really made my setup to squats from before I even get under the bar to actually performing the lift 1000x better than it ever has been. They were a big part of my recovery and getting back to this point. Still more to improve upon, and more weight to move, but today was a good work day. Thanks to @jchamplin_@chastainschneider@charlie_loveall for the spots today. Trusting the plan @jailhousestrong more work to do.
FriYAY🤩 Yesterday was such a good leg day, so of course I had to share! Was super excited because my squats felt really good. I did my normal 135 for 10 3x and then went for 185 for 4 3x and it felt awesome!! I HATE squatting heavy, and my knees hate it even more, so having a good squat day is always pretty cool 🙂 Everything after squats was accessory work (which is shown above) and then machines (which I will post super sets of later) sooo swipe and see what’s got me so sore today! You’re gonna want to save this one bc I meannnn its a bomb leg day 🤪💣 now, lets weekend! Don’t forget to checkout my last post about GIVEAWAY details 💙
