This beach in Coron, Palawan has some of the clearest water we have ever dipped our feet in! 😍
We spent 3 pretty miserable days in Coron last October with very limited electricity, 30+ degree weather, no air conditioning and terrible food/coffee but swimming at this beach (kind of) made the whole thing worth it 😅 Remember that what you see here on doesn’t always reflect reality and that travel often isn’t as glamorous as you’d think 😉⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Questa foto mi ricorda che la vita spesso segue delle strade tutte sue, che possono sembrarci sbagliate inizialmente, ma alla fine ci porteranno esattamente dove saremmo dovuti essere.

Most people cringe when they hear the dreaded “c” word but we often forget how important carbs are for our performance and overall well-being ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I recently started working with an athlete who was eating too few carbs and calories in her diet. When I suggested that we adjust her macro ratio by increasing calories & carbs as well as focusing on timing, she was very hesitant at first. But she trusted the process and went with it 🙏🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Several weeks later and she has seen huge improvements in her performance, mindset (too few calories & carbs = hangry) and her body composition (lower body fat percentage and increase in lean muscle) 🙌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How we fuel our bodies plays a huge role in sports/fitness and everyday life. It’s part of our recovery and it can either help or hinder our workouts ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While I’m not an advocate for counting calories or even macros, I do think it’s important to look at the overall diet and to have a balanced ratio of all of our macronutrients ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
