Why Your Cheat Day Is Bullshit 🙄🤦🏻♀️
💭Imagine... & maybe you don’t have to imagine because if your reading this, you’ve most likely been here, or ARE HERE NOW: ⤵️
➡️You’re eating chicken and broccoli, 🥦grilled tilapia and veggies, 🐟 low carb high protein all week🥚🥗, just struggglinnn to get through the week to make it to the all mighty CHEAT DAY. 🧁🍩
➡️Maybe Monday isn’t so bad. Tuesday is meh. But once you hit Wednesday, youre starting to get weak. 😳😥 You’re thinking of all the food your going to eat on your cheat day... Burgers and fries. 🍔🍟Maybe a couple margaritas. It starts consuming your thoughts. 🍸🍪
➡️Once cheat day rolls around, you eat everything “bad” you can think of that is on the No-No list to your diet. You eat until you feel sick, 🤢but you know youre not getting this again for a while so you don’t care. You keep eating. 🥴🧁🍱
Then the next day rolls around and its time to start over - you wake up, feel bloated. Look bloated. Feel groggy and just overall, BLAH. “Why did I do this to myself?” 🤦🏻♀️🙇🏻♀️
Now, guess where you’ve put yourself??

So how do you get out of this cycle? ⤵️
✔️Don’t assign days to food groups
✔️Use the 80/20 rule
✔️Allow your body what it craves
✔️Don’t look at food as “good” or “bad”, but rather how it nourishes you
✔️Aim for consistency each week rather than perfection

Several months ago I started taking ACV Shots ( apple cider vinegar) but I incorporated other ingredients that have truly helped so many different things.
I am always trying to find ways to get natural energy because I don't drink coffee. I also try to take anything that helps with energy, gut health and overall health. This shot that I created has really done it all! If you experience, nausea, poor digestion, low energy levels and muscle & joint pain etc, I would highly suggest incorporating this into your diet! If I ever feel a cold or flu like symptoms coming on this is my GO TO !
With this shot I experience less nausea. I would constantly experience nausea randomly throughout my day and it was always a very unpleasant feeling. It was like having 24/7 car sick for those of you who experience motion sickness then you know the feeling. The turmeric also helped me with my joints and achy muscles. When having candida and leaky gut, my stomach was always out of wack and my muscles were always very achy. This is also an amazing shot to take when looking to reduce any sort of inflammation in the body. The ACV helps in fighting off diseases, bacteria and also helps with immune function which is why this is my medicine whenever I feel like I am getting sick!
How to make:
With a juicer:
2 Ginger root
5 pieces of Turmeric root
Add half a jar with acv and fill the rest with the lemon ginger and turmeric juice.
Sprinkle cayenne pepper and black pepper and shake. ( black pepper allows you to digest the turmeric, so don't leave that part out)

💕Valentines day may be over but that doesn’t mean we should stop sharing the love with others and ourselves. Everyday is a day that we have the opportunity to let the people around us know that we love, care and appreciate them 💕 .
It’s the little things that count, I like to cook to show my love 🤗 What little things do you like doing to show that you care about and love the ones close to you? .
2 cups raspberries (I used frozen)
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup @redtractorfoods coconut flour
1 cup raw macadamias (finely chopped)
250g nuttelex (softened)
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup rice flour
3 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp @incaorganics coconut protein .
Over medium heat in a small saucepan, combine raspberries and water
Once raspberries begin to breakdown, add the chia seeds
Continue to stir until raspberries have broken down completely (~ 5 mins)
Remove from heat and let cool in the refrigerator for ~ an hour to give the chia seeds time to absorb the moisture
There’s your jam 🤗 Now for the cookiess
Preheat oven to 160C and line a baking tray with baking paper
In a large mixing bowl, beat nuttelex and coconut sugar
Beat in coconut flour, rice flour and flaxseed meal until combined and then mix in @incaorganics coconut protein powder
Fold in macadamias
With you hands, make mixture into a ball and halve
Roll out half the mixture until ~ 0.5cm thick and then using a cookie cutter, create your cookies which ever shape you wish
Repeat for the other half
Bake until golden (~ 15min)

I love people... I love how different we all are yet in so many ways so similar, we all have more of the same worries, struggles and insecurities than we all think!
I remember really struggling with always feeling like I was the only one that found life hard sometimes, that everyone else around me was living a super perfect existence except me!
That feeling is not pleasant so once I began to realise that actually we're not all so different and that I was never the only one EVER it was a huge relief and really helped me on my journey of self acceptance.
Something else I also pieced together was that there were definite traits which separated people on their life paths.
I started really paying attention to the traits of successful people, identifying what it was that was helping them on their life journey of success.
The ones here are now an integral part of my life and will be as I strive forward into my future.
All of these habits have impacted my life in such a positive way, but the one that has surprised me most is how much keeping my environment non-toxic has helped.
I seriously think it's one of the most underestimated mindset influences and one that people should probably take more seriously than they do.
Also investing in me multiple ways from self learning, allocating time for exercising/me time hiring coaches has been hugely important
I've been without any kind of coach for a few months now but am currently on the hunt for a new one because I just know what a huge benefit it will be to help keep pushing forward in my life.
Most of us do better with everything in life with accountability!
I know sometimes when perhaps things aren't going your way or you feel like you're stuck in a rut it can feel like you are alone and there is no way out, that you will never be successful because that's just not who you are.
But seriously listen to me by simply starting to incorporate these simple habits into your life you can 100-percent help yourself to be as successful in life as any other human being on this planet.
But one thing's for sure you need to take action because by doing nothing nothing will change❤
Happy National Pizza Day! I would probably eat pizza everyday if I could. It’s pretty much my favorite food. Yes I’m drinking a beer 🍺 and having pizza 🍕. It’s called enjoying life. Too many people put restrictions on themselves, telling themselves they can’t do this or can’t do that.. That’s no way to live life by constantly short changing yourself. I prefer to live a healthy , happy and pizza devouring life. 🍠🌱 Who loooooves sweet potato chips but hasn’t quite been able to get them crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside? It’s been a long lived struggle in our household, but last night we decided that these were the best we’ve ever made and can finally retire in finding new tricks and tips 🙌🏽 .
1 sweet potato
Preheat fan forced oven to 200C
Wash sweet potato and leave skin on
Cut into chunky chips (don’t cut them too thin, they need to be thickish so they can puff and be fluffy 🤤)
Place onto lined baking tray
Lightly cover them in salt and pepper (add chilly flakes if you wish)
Cook in oven for 25-30 min (my oven is fan forced and quite strong so judge when you think they’re looking goooood)
