To all of my hardworkers out there... Currently having two jobs as a flight attendant and a financial advisor is hard. But, we do what we can for the people that we love and for our own future as well.
But you know what's harder?
Having all of that hard-earned money washed down the drain because tragedy struck your family or, worse, you.
Ubos ka na nga, kulang pa, bhes.
Seek help. Talk to a financial advisor (aka me) and ask for a better AND SMARTER way to prepare for the future. 'Cause life is harder when you are working so hard only for it to end up in nothing. Alam mo 'yan.
eating all the fruits and veggies and feeling strong AF. so of course, trying to get @the_barbell_samurai to incorporate these morning shakes into his diet is like trying to convince a 2 year old to eat their veggies, but for me they’re doing the job as a great pre-workout...minus all the jitters 🙌🏻👏🏻 once, or even sometimes twice a day, i’ve been incorporating this tasty energy blend...TRY IT!
2 cups wild blueberries
1 cup cilantro
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp barley grass juice powder
1 tsp spirulina
1 small handful of Atlantic dulse
Optional: water to blend
Over the last almost two years I’ve been working hard to maintain a balanced diet and increase my exercise and fitness levels. I’m thrilled at the time and effort I’ve put in, especially in the last few months leading to this holiday. The photo on the left is from around a month and a half ago while I was training hard at the gym and doing my daily challenges. The middle photo is beginning half of our holiday. While I was not training hard core, I was walking lots and trying to keep up with my daily challenges. The one on the right is during the second half of our holiday, and once again lots of walking, and a few extra drinks and meals! I had the most amazing holiday and are thrilled with the results I got through my healthy lifestyle. Now it’s not time to get back on track, as I haven’t gotten off track, but is it time to regain routine. Don’t regret your holidays or make yourself feel bad for having an amazing time, just try to maintain a balanced lifestyle and remember the bigger picture. Life goes on, and the next adventure is about to begin! #results#transformationtuesday#holiday#holidayphotos#fitnessgoals#lifegoals#behappy#dailymotivation#gym#bbg#boxing#dailychallenge#weeklychallenges#traveller#feelinggood#happywithmyself#bigpicture#holidaymood#love#selflove#gainconfidence#friendsthatworkouttogether
*[ TRICEP PUSHDOWN ]* ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Main Muscle Worked: Triceps
1. Attach a straight or angled bar to a high pulley and grab with an overhand grip
2. Standing upright with the torso straight and a very small inclination forward, bring the upper arms close to your body and perpendicular to the floor. The forearms should be pointing up towards the pulley as they hold the bar. This is your starting position.
3. Using the triceps, bring the bar down until it touches the front of your thighs and the arms are fully extended perpendicular to the floor. The upper arms should always remain stationary next to your torso and only the forearms should move.
4. After a second hold at the contracted position, bring the bar slowly up to the starting point. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Follow my Facebook page: ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
