From Daily Mail UK on Friday
”The model and blogger has battled back to health - and claims she has taken inspiration from the fashion doll Barbie.”
Yes! Because of her amazing character: she is always kind for anyone, EVEN FOR HATERS! She is super smart, she has many professions and she is always on something new! Such a super girl!! 😍💖
”Lola said: 'I have been overweight and I have been dangerously underweight, but what I am today - after long road to hit final recovery - is body positive.”🤗
This is the first point of my social media: sharing the body positivity 🙏🏻
”But I know it's a mental battle too - when your brain looks good and healthy, you feel good and healthy. And when you feel good and healthy, you look good and healthy.”🧠
That’s the second point of my blog and social media: BRAINS. We should understand to use them more and the best way to boost them is underdtand them and feed them the most healthy way 🙏🏻

MONDAY MUSINGS / welcome back to ME!!!! After a two week insta hiatus I am back online and excited to be sharing with you again. I've just spent the most wonderful two weeks in NYC and Toronto, sharing quality time with friends - you know the ones that know you inside you and out?!? So what makes me excited in life? Apart from puppies, pizza and green leaves on a blue sky, it's knowing there are people all over this big wide world of ours that I call true friends.
What makes you excited?

If you liked this meme, my friend you have a case of the Sunday Night Blues.
The Sunday Night Blues are the general feelings of depression, anxiety or dread about the fact that all that stands between you and work on Monday morning are a few remaining hours of freedom and one night’s sleep.
We experience the Sunday Night Blues as a vague feeling of dread. Sometimes there might be something specific that you’re anxious about on Monday, like a presentation first thing in the morning, but often it isn’t well defined in our minds.
Here are a few tips to help.
Go to Youtube, or download the Headspace or Insight Timer app and find a 10 minute meditation. Or set a timer for 10 minutes, relax somewhere quiet, and focus on your breath. Thoughts will come and go, but just keep bringing them back to your breath.
2) Change your words.
Are you thinking “I HAVE to go to work tomorrow”? The truth is - YOU DON’T. Shocking, right? You don’t HAVE to do anything but eat, sleep and breath. Change your words to “I CHOOSE to go to work tomorrow.” Because that’s the truth. See how differently that feels once you give yourself the choice.
Go for a walk, a quick run, do some yoga. As you move be completely mindful. That means paying attention to the present moment on purpose and without judgement.
4) Give love or compassion.
Focus on sending someone unconditional love and compassion. Or doing something for someone. It’s hard to feel both sad, angry or anxious while feeling compassionate.
5) Give yourself some love.
Take a spa night. Mud mask, bath bomb, trade foot rubs with your partner. Look in the mirror and say “I love you” until you mean it.
Tag a friend who you know is stressed about going to work tomorrow.

OH EMM GEEEE... I get bloated too 😘 Hi lovers.. Happy Sunday...❤️
Yesterday I said out loud “instagram makes me depressed”. And it does. If you sit there and compare yourself to a bunch of different girls on Instagram 😩 I know I posted something like this a month or so ago but just need to remind you all... that this picture was literally 3 seconds apart and actually it was a video that I screen shot two pictures fromm!
Quit thinking people walk around like the picture on the left. Cause I would pass out cause I wouldn’t be able to breathe hahahahah 🤦🏼♀️
Just remember when you’re scrolling through Instagram:
1. Not everything you see is real. I posted that video on my story of a girl showing you how you can edit a picture into something completely different.
2. The pics you see on insta is everyone’s highlights of their life... no one posts the bad, no one post pics after a night out, no one post pictures where they don’t think they “look good”
3. A lot of professionals pictures and modeling pictures are 120% edited. (I PROMISE)
4. Being bloated does not mean fat gain!!!!!
5. YESS!!! after you eat your belly gets full and you feel bloated! That’s normal!! (Where the heck do you think all the food is gonna go. Right to your belly)
6. How come we think little kids big food bellies are so cute and then we bash ourselves!!! I always embrace my food baby 😂😂❤️
7. STOP. COMPARING. YOURSELF.
You’re beautiful ❤️ tag someone who needs to hear this. HONESTLY tag everyone. We all struggle with body image these days and I promise you, your girlfriends sit and pick themselves apart all day and you might not even know! So then someone’s day around, let them know this is normal 😊
Happy Sunday babes! Just sat down to work on client check Ins, going to IKEA in a little 🙄 (love/hate relationship with that place) and re doing maddies bedroom tonight 😘 have a kick ass day and love your bloat 😎
