Kinda bummed it’s snowing back home, but when I found out it’s snowing in NYC tomorrow, naturally I flipped out with excitement. If I could describe how happy I am with a photo this would be it. Bright, beautiful, and peaceful 🌬
The first time I had ever been to Alabama Hills. Met up with @jeraldmcdermott, @nwnatives, and @elliothawkey and roamed all over this amazing place. The sunrises and sunsets were incredible, especially with the dusting of snow covering Mt. Whitney. I think I might have to make another trip back out this winter.

I didn’t quite get the chance to visit Yosemite this summer so I’m just going to reminisce with these pictures from last fall. This shot is currently my laptop background 🏞
Utah is a wild place...it might be a place on Earth that you'd think it's a different planet once you step your foot on it. I shot this from a few miles away to demonstrate the scale of this feature. Can you spot the tiny cars down there?

Some places take a bit more work than you expected, after a long and bumpy 2+ hour dirt road. We had to rappel down these massive canyons to where we were greeted with views like this. Honestly the places that require the most work are often the most memorable.
Looking on all the opportunities these passed years because of my freedoms. I can’t take thank the veterans enough. Especially the ones away and at home constantly providing safety. California is in flames once again and without evening asking our unsung hero’s are there. Also greatful for all my family members who have served. Bet you’re wondering when it’s my turn 😐 #whpseasonal
