Happy #humpday fam ! UPDATE 📢 so I sprained my lower back 3 months ago and I stopped lifting heavy for a while. But I’m certain that setback is finally coming to a close ! I lifted heavy yesterday and today as well and I feel amazing sore (which is a good thing) but amazing. .
What I learned from all this: LISTEN TO YOUR BODY ! If you know your body is telling you to just take a rest. Do it Yeah it sucks especially if you like to workout but you don’t want to further hurt yourself. . . Stretching is important! When I started deep stretching I really noticed I felt better after a workout ! Obviously lol i tend to rush straight through stretching and get to work. bad choice lol .
. Lastly proper form no matter what. If you don’t pay attention to what you’re doing now later on it’ll comeback and bite you in the ass forsure. 😂 . So hope someone can take something from this cause Sprains , pains , injures are no fun ! Blessings !
