I think many are guilty of being more concerned with how training footage will look for the insta fans rather than getting the work done to the best of their ability. It’s a new age that is great for promoting sport in general, but often people for get where the hard work needs to be done.
Instagram likes won’t make you stronger, hard work will. By all means film your sets for reference, share the highlights as we all do... but don’t lose sight of the graft that needs to be done when no one is watching 👊🏻

Sometimes i have to eat when i really don't want to, train when I'm tired, cook when I'm exhausted and go to sleep when I'm not tired too ensure adequate recovery and rest!
I have fallen in love with the process of building my physique..... most people can't stick long term to what i am doing..... and i like that!
While people are out stuffing their faces with junk food, getting drunk, getting 2 hours of sleep a night and sitting on there ass the whole day...... i am out here grinding day in day out to get the results i deserve!
