😂😂 Caption this! Employers aren't always as smart as you think, I'm not joking
I'm always asked 'how many years experience do you have'
And most of the time I'm there to fix their closing problem so I'm usually thinking at this point, 'hmm, experience is getting you far isn't it?' Ofcourse I don't say it tho 😂
Results are what matters, that's it
Not talk or experience

“An environment-based education movement--at all levels of education--will help students realize that school isn't supposed to be a polite form of incarceration, but a portal to the wider world.” - Richard Louv ✨💛 #hawthornevalleywaldorfschool
This clip just about sums up how this route went today. A heap of attempts leading to nothing 🤷🏻♂️...left it for a while ⏱...tried again and made it to the top ✅ but didn’t film it 🙄...went back to catch it on camera and this was what I ended up with 😂🧗🏻♂️🙃💥.
Always a pleasure @oakwoodclimbing
years ago i swore i was done having kids. life happened and i refused to bring another child into this world for my own or anyone elses selfish reasons.... then i had a change of heart, but life decided to humble me, being told i may not be able to conceive again, and i accepted it , accepted my life for what it was. being grateful for what i had. To say that the universe put me thru a series of tests in an understatement. tearing me down to the soul only to bring me higher than before. for some reason the universe decided to bless us with this little one. the timing for it tho.... what a time for the universe to push us like this.... but thats the beauty of divine timing, no matter how much or how little you want something, the universe will give you what you need when you need it in the way you need it.... all you have to do is learn to trust, which hasnt been an easy thing to do in my life, But here we are 9 months later awaiting the arrival of our little girl, to start this next chapter in our lives. 💚 @yt_goodvibes#babybump#family#babygirl#thing4#onelove#life#haventtakenmanybabybumppix#oneouttaafew#38weeks#januarybaby#anothaone #2019 #goodvibes#grateful#blessed#learning#grow#divinetiming#synchronicity#unity

I tend to have a very short attention span at times, so I like to try new things with new people. @motive24 is a pro at Callisthenics. Here’s me learning how to form a front lever. This exercise has several stages. I am starting with a tuck hold. Let me know if you liked it 😊 #cocotime#bodybuilding#fitnessmotivation

10 years challenge 💪👍😊 On the left: 10 years ago at my mid forties;
On the right: now.
I have been living a very healthy lifestyle (nutrition, meditation and exercise). I used to walk, jog, play badminton, ski and skate (not in the gym). In 2010, I started to exercise in the gym, going to all kinds of classes. As we get older, our muscles are shrinking. So last year, I started my bodybuilding journey. After 11-week training, I won my first NPC show as a bikini competitor. I am definitely getting stronger.
Being a healthy enthusiast, I obtained my yoga instructor and personal trainer certificates to gain the knowledge and to help others with their training.
We are getting better with every day learning 💪👍😊 #10yearchallenge; #personalgrowth; #mindset; #positive; #learning; #knowledge; #npcbikini; #enjoylife
Beating trout heart!!
This isn’t a human fetal heart beating, but rather it is a great example of how all hearts function!
Look at that heart beating peacefully on its own!
That's a classic presentation of cardiac automaticity, which is the property of a specialized cardiac cells called pacemakers to generate spontaneous electrical impulse.
Cells normally capable of generating an impulse and maintaining a heart rate commensurate with the body’s need are the pacemaker cells in the sinus node and AV node among others, which fire at regular intervals and leads to the beat.
The sinus node is located at the intersection of the superior vena cava and the right atrium laterally. While the sinus node cells have an intrinsic automaticity of their own, they are influenced by the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. The former increases the heart rate during exertion or when the sympathetic tone is high while the latter slows the heart rate.
So as you might guess, the cardiac action potential and regulatory mechanisms lies within the heart itself and depends on these intrinsic nodes rather than the CNS.
Cardiac cells with automaticity displaying the fastest rate take over pacemaker cells with slower rates. The sinus node has the fastest intrinsic rate, other cells capable of generating a rhythm (automaticity) are termed latent pacemakers. They can take over pacing the heart if the sinus node becomes dysfunctional (sick sinus syndrome).
Furthermore, in a developing fetus, the myocardium begins to contract rhythmically by 3 weeks after conception, initiated from these spontaneously depolarizing myocardial pacemaker cells.
