Still standing 🏛
The Acropolis of Athens is an incredible place. Buildings that were constructed almost 2,000 years ago are still standing strong and upright. There's been plenty of damage done to these buildings over the years, they've survived multiple wars, but they're still here nonetheless.
It makes me wonder. Will any of the buildings we've built today still be standing in 2,000 years' time? Will we destroy them before we have a chance to tell, or will they just decay over time? It's probably true what people say: we don't make sh*t like we used to.
My favorite shot out of the series.
We spent a few days there but the fam and I did the touristy stuff. Museums and what-not. DEFINITELY need to go back. Seemed like the perfect environment for me. I called it the diet NYC. Not in an insulting way, but it's the middle ground between the hectic NYC environment and where I currently live. I loved it.
