The latest cafe to get the golden seal of approval:
_ · T H E · C O V E N T R Y · _
Named after the street on which it’s located, The Coventry Café is Nicks Bourgazas' version of a contemporary café which compliments the area’s multicultural slant. The venue itself has a large open space, with live greenery, and an earthy vibe.
The venue itself seats over 60 patrons, and brings home-style foods to a modern area. Flavours of the Mediterranean feature prominently on the menu, and specialty coffee is in the spotlight.
Coffee is sourced from Cote Terra, with their Flying Dutchman blend for milk based coffee, and rotating single origin beans for black coffee.
Find them at 315 Coventry Street, South Melbourne.

So, after a month away from Glasgow, here I am again, reading and sipping near a coffeeshop’s window, my happy state. Today’s choice was The Wilson Street Pantry (first time there!!), serving @pccoffeeuk coffee and m, to keep me company, Call me by your Name by André Aciman. The coffeeshop was such a nice discovery, I found the place quite beautiful, I will definitely come back for food another time. The latte was also enjoyable so yep, Wilson Street Pantry is approved by the Glasgow latte girl.
As for the book, after seeing the movie, I must admit I prefer the book (and I LOVED the movie, so if you know, you know, get your hands on that book).
A moment to recharge ⚡️ I’ve been thinking a lot about patience today. It really goes hand-in-hand with faith - faith that whatever you’re waiting and hoping and working for will happen. It takes a lot of courage to have faith in what we can’t see; or, at least see yet. In yoga, we’re always working toward something: a posture, greater strength and flexibility, and inner peace. But outside the studio, I often find the things I’m working toward are dependent on more than just the things I do to get myself there. I get impatient because I’m working as hard as I can, but still, things are out of my control to an extent. My immediate urge is to jump ship and find something else that will work quicker. But I know the right thing to do is do all that’s in my power to bring me closer to where I want to be, and find patience for the things that are not to fall into place. Everything will unfold as it should.
Don't show up to Thanksgiving empty handed! I just emptied out our @dadshatrye barrel and was able to roast a VERY limited amount of our Honduras that everyone loved. Boozy notes pair great with that pumpkin pie. These will go fast!
Our delicate honey processed Costa Rica Gesha and a new washed Ethiopia Guji Hambela are perfect for that pre-turkey day feast.
