A Day in the Life of “Fame Wayne” Part 1 of 3
It's been awhile. I've been occupied back at the Bat Cave. This is the first time I’ve stepped away from the League of Shadows in almost a month. My purpose comes before anything. I operate in secret as The Dark Knight to fight the crime that Gotham (really L.A.) P.D. cannot handle. At night it is I that keeps you safe from rabid hood 🐁s and haunting haters. My cape is at the dry cleaners with my button ups. Regardless, the show must go on. It's all black everything. A black (Nero Aldebaran) Lamborghini Aventador. Black Dione spoked wheels. Black (Nero Ade) interior. Even me. I'm black too. The weapon of choice is a 2014. Its gang tattoos read LP-700 4 on the rocker panels. LP stands for Longitudinal Posteriore to denote the position of the Bull's V-12 in the rear. The ‘700’ snitches on the horsepower. The ‘4’ tattletales on the drive-train.
I take you through why the ground shakes as soon as you push the start button. Identical to a missile launch, you can only engage the start button once you flip the red safety cover. Inside the cockpit I go through the pre-flight checklist of this F-22 Raptor on wheels. The V-12 awakens and snarls like a hangry T-Rex. I have become Fame Wayne. Now let's rev for revving's sake. It's a day in the life of a superhero or shall I say a supercar. Time to go to work. He and I have to be on the same set in North Hollywood for a shoot. We arrive. The sun starts chasing the parking spot. It’s almost like an unveiling as the light hits the Black Bull. The doors fly up as he yawns in the AM to stretch his arms after a 45 min drive. El Matador (that’s me) and my Beast await the leading lady for today’s scenes. She arrives to set and heads straight to wardrobe. She returns donned in attire that's the equivalent sultry of the car I just got out of: a form fitted black dress, stiletto Valentinos, hair down, and red lipstick to channel Aventador's brake calipers. This cannot be work. Scenes go from morning to mid-afternoon. The director finally calls it a wrap. Then you won’t believe what happens next...
Great day out with @lovecars at the Top Gear Test Track recently.
More than a little wet and slippery. I have to Performante with all wheel drive was much better suited to the conditions than the GT3.
Looking forward to the Christmas video. 📸 by @navbirk335
