Have you tried @hellofreshnz yet? (special discount code below if you haven’t!)⠀
We did the other night, and this is what our meal looked like vs what I gave the kids - and it went down an absolute treat! Granted, it still took our kids an hour to eat it (why oh why do children take so long to eat?!), but they thoroughly enjoyed it. ⠀
The meal was extremely easy to make, and the instructions were clear (trust me when I say, if they’re not clear, I’ll stuff them up).⠀
I love the idea behind food delivery services, but not all are equal. Thankfully HelloFresh hits the balance of variety, and tasty, easy-to-make dishes. Also, when you order their meals, if one dish doesn’t look like it will work for your family, you can swap it out for another dish. Being able to customise it like this truly changes the game.⠀
If you’d like to try @hellofreshnz out for yourself, click the link above in my bio (or visit ) or simply use the code MARIA30 for 30% off your first Hello Fresh box!⠀
Be sure to share this post in your stories so that others know they can try it too with a wee discount! !⠀
Thanks so much for partnering up with me on this sponsored post HelloFresh! Truly appreciate the opportunity 😍
Our recipe for homemade flour tortillas is quick and easy! You can use these tortillas as a base for your next taco night, or to make fajitas, quesadillas, and sincronizadas. Although flour tortillas are traditionally made with lard, these are made using vegetable oil, which makes it a great alternative for vegans and vegetarians 🌱

RAW CHOC ORANGE RASPBERRY SLICE - what's not to love?!!! 😍 This one is also NUT FREE but if you're a nut lover you can replace the buckwheat with walnuts and it's amazing too! ❤✌ Thanks for the fab recipe and pic @the_fit_healthy_vegan 🙏
3 cups of shredded coconut
1 cup of buckwheat
1/4 cup of chia seeds
20 drops of Orange essential oil
3 cups of medjool dates
Layer of frozen rasberries
RAW CHOP TOP
1 cup of cacao
1 cup of @naturalrawc coconut oil
1/4 cup of maple syrup
10 drops of Orange essential oil
Quickly blitz the dry ingredients for the base then add 2 cups of dates and blitz. Keep blending and add a couple of dates at a time until the mixture comes together (you may or may not need the whole 3rd cup)
Press into a lined square slice tin (I line mine with coconut)
Then add the layer of fresh or frozen raspberries.
Add all the ingredients for the choc top together and pour over the raspberries. Pop into the fridge to set.

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
3/4 cup coconut sugar -
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup of almond milk -
1 cup of GF self-raising flour
1 scoop of vanilla, caramel or PB flavour protein powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup date paste (blend 1/2 cup dates ＋ 1/4 cup water )
1/4 cup choc chunks
*** - if no protein powder, substitute for flour or almond meal -
1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius. Line a baking tin with non-stick paper. My tine was 15 x 25 cm
2. MAKE THE BROWNIE: In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients for the brownie.
3. Add in the coconut oil and almond milk and mix until a thick brownie batter forms
4. Transfer the brownie into an even layer in the prepared tin
5. MAKE THE COOKIE: In a food processor or blender all the ingredients for the cookie except for the choc chips until a thick, cookie dough consistency
6. Stir through the choc chunks
7. Spread the dough as evenly as possible on top of the brownie layer
8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cookie is golden
9. Remove from the oven and allow it to completely cool before cutting it.
