So I'm sharing this just because I got so many positive remarks on my keto FB page. I shared only to see if someone other than myself could see a difference...because I don't! No matter how much I look I still see the same chubby face. But what I do see is a woman who has struggled for years to stick to a diet, to lose weight, to gain self confidence and self love and is now finally finding all of those things in this WOE! This is the longest I've ever stuck to a diet change, but don't get me wrong I still indulge in the not keto friendly things because you only live one life. I'm just learning to do it in moderation now and then get right back up on that horse named Keto. So I'll take the big bite and share my starting point with all of you, because I'm still learning to not be so self-conscious and maybe it will inspire somebody, anybody who has ever been in the same boat, that just because you don't see a physical difference you are changing and bettering yourself!

I’m trying to get into the routine of fasting 20-24 hrs eating OMAD and fasting again 🤗
I feel the best when I stick to this eating pattern, that’s why I do it. I don’t have to track much and I get to eat a big keto meal and even dessert if I want it. Funny thing is when I’m in ketosis, I don’t crave sweets! What the what!!! I know... crazy, but true 🎉
If you have a binge-y personality, Intermittent fasting and keto might be your answer IMO🙋♀️

🍪🍪COCONUT FLOUR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 😋 ( #ketocookies)

Following a keto lifestyle but can’t give up cookies? No worries! You can make these easy coconut flour chocolate chip cookies and stay on plan.
1/2 cup low carb golden sweetener
1/2 cup butter softened (or butter flavored coconut oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
US Customary - Metric
Mix the sweetener, butter, vanilla, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in the coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
Form dough into tablespoon-size scoops and drop onto parchment or silicone mat lined cookie sheet.
Flatten each dough ball out with your fingers.
Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool on wire rack before removing from pan.
Makes about two dozen cookies. Serving size is two cookies.
Be sure to allow adequate cooling time otherwise the cookies may crumble. Placing the cookies in the refrigerator to cool and store is best. In fact, we find the cookies have the best taste and texture after a day in the fridge.

1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup erythritol
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon instant coffee optional
10 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup + 2 Tblsp
2 oz dark chocolate
2 eggs at room temperature
½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line an 8x8 inch or 8x9 pan with parchment paper, aluminum foil or grease with butter.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, erythritol, and instant coffee. Be sure to whisk out all the clumps from the erythritol.
In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, Melt butter and chocolate for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until just melted. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla then gently whisk in the dry ingredients just until mixed through. Be careful not to over mix the batter or it will become cakey.
Transfer batter into pan and bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out moist. cool for at least 30 mins to 1 hour and slice into 16 small squares.

Do not overbake the batter. If the batter looks jiggly, remove it from the oven after 25 minutes and it will set at room temperature. It is normal to see butter pooling on top the brownies.

Monday fasted workout sesh while running on pure ketones🙌🔥
I started my fast yesterday at 11am. I have felt great. No cravings or much hunger at all. Great energy and mood🤗 I love fasting!💃💃💃

Who has never attempted a fast but totally interested in trying it out?
