Another week another work view.... This is the unreal view looking out across the bay to the mountains behind from the house we're working in just outside Tralee in Co Kerry.... The famous Conor Pass is in behind those mountains somewhere as you head for Dingle...
She's a lovely little country when the sun shines ☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️ #kerrytourism#kerry#tralee
It was my brother's wedding recently and I took a break from Sun Scribes to have a few days unplugged.
That few days turned into three weeks, but now I'm back!! As a wedding gift to my bro and new sister-in-law I gave them a voucher to a hotel in Killarney along with an itinerary of favourite things to do in my favourite town!
I put a lot of thought into the itinerary and now I'm thinking it's good enough for the blog - let me know if you'd like to read and I will publish soon!
This was taken at the @aghadoeheights hotel overlooking the Killarney National Park last Friday 🐴
Heading back to the classroom after a five year stint in the office, so excited and so nervous. I’ve absolutely loved my time as HSCL but it’s time to get back to teaching.
I’ve spent the last month and a half winding my head down; hadn’t realised how full it had become of other people’s problems (school and home) and random unnecessary chunk. I literally couldn’t think straight, far too many tabs open.
I’ve been working hard at clearing the head and two weeks in the Kingdom with fresh air, exercise and just my boys was amazing.
Down time really is good for the soul. Now don’t get me wrong we shouted, had arguments over shoe wearing and the like but the resounding memories will be happy ones full of adventure.
Looking forward to new challenges and writing!!!! Just have to remember to prioritise me and my boys always and close the tabs as you go.
Here’s to the rest of the summer and more glorious adventures... #walk30x30#summeradventures#gffwdw#writer#author#kerrytourism#castlegregory#fairytaleireland@dollydowsie you’ll love this spot #timetobeme
