Exploring resisted exhalation with the “Expand A Lung” Once I have my expiratory muscles, specifically in this case focusing on everyones favorite the rectus abdomnis “six pack” & the obliques, lit up through the resisted exhale, I then begin into a very controlled rotation. Oooowwweee this is intense!
