Normally I don't drink instant coffee at home but as of January I'm drinking less caffeine (argh) and due to traveling last year I've picked up some organic instant coffee. One with caffeine and one without. I am a fussy coffee drinker so I can't do with mid-range sludge anymore 😂 This brand is pretty good with their coffee and it also doesn't break the bank when coming to an organic coffee plus it's fair trade which gives it another tick in my book.
Side note I'm down another 1kg so total of 2kg gone (4lb) so far which I'm happy about. I noticed if I eat less carbs (under 20) during the day I seem to stay at a certain weight but when I increase and eat closer to 25 to 30 carbs then my weight shifts downwards. I'm not sure if this is just a "thing" for now but I've noticed it about 3 or 4 times WHICH makes it really important for me to eat around those carbs instead of 20 and under. But I dunno if I'll eat much today as I feel super blegh 🙄 🔅
