RECESSION!!! WINTER IS COMING!!! ARE WE GOING INTO ANOTHER HOUSING CRASH?!!! The media always likes to grab your attention with scary headlines and are the masters at click bait but I want to make sure my people have some good information. Make sure you read these articles in full if they are interesting you over the next 18 months.
My team subscribes to a lot of real estate companies that focus on current stats of the market and one specific company Keeping Current Matters has provided this information. We heard the CEO Steve Harney speak passionately last week about making sure the right information was in American hands and utilize that information correctly. Its our "moral imperative" to share this he said so I'm not gonna back out on the agreement.
The next 18 months of politics are going to naturally split the nation on 2 different sides, like they do. The speech around where our economy might sound like, "our economy is falling apart" or "we have the strongest economy ever" but it's up to you to dig deeper. So how does this effect you?
