Morning recovery practice. This has been home for the last few days, a week of pure disconnect after a very productive summer of teaching and filming. Eleven hour sleeps, coffee, morning swims, this is the recharge button. It's interesting how I can go from full blown business mode to total chill out without too much effort. Nature is wonderful, swimming is the best movement practice and time away with my parents is always a nice break. I hope you get a chance to enjoy the end of the summer!
GOODBYE CANADA 🇨🇦 Found out last week that I got accepted to a school in Australia and so I’m leaaaavingggg!! So so sooooo beyond excited to live with the kangaroos down undaaaa (they’re gunna hate me down there because I’m immediately going to fake an Aussie accent the second I land) I’m moving in November to start my MBA and I’ll be there for a few years so if anyone wants to come visit you’ll have somewhere to stay with lil ol me 🤗
