Arte aplicado y desarrollo personal*.
#RobertoGamibini#jung # 🌻🌼
So, there’s a thing called Chiron in astrology, and it shows where you’ve been affected by pain in your life - and how to live with it, soothe it and make it your strongest power. Now mine is placed exactly where the individual doesn’t get any clue until the painful situation has stopped and then comes all the violent waves. Basically I’ve got the confused Chiron, and I end up carrying ALL the unresolved trauma along. It got me hunting, for years, to gather the keys and unlock the problems to deal with the throwback pains. This is what I share through in my course. More coming :)

take time to celebrate yourself when you pumped your day with something to accomplish and you just did.
you’re creating neuropathways that motivate your nerves to receive your personal celebration and work through whatever is on your calendar.
gratitude (sourcing your energy from the heart) is the highest frequency, be grateful for your wonderful self. you rock. #soularcheology
My SECOND five day fast is complete!
Leading up to this fast, I was finding it difficult to focus, and experiencing plenty of self-doubt. A shake-up of my cerebral snow globe was needed to get back on track. I’ve fasted for five days before, and it came with a degree of mental clarity and peacefulness, so away I went.
On the fourth day, it almost felt like a (very) diluted psychedelic experience, I was released from worry and regret while feeling totally planted in the moment. Positivity was in abundance and I could really concentrate on my work. Best of all, my relatively bleak outlook on the near-future had been replaced by pure excitement.
During a real psychedelic experience, the DMN (default mode network), part of the brain responsible for many functions of the ‘self’, including mental time travel (precisely, worry and regret) which lights up when we receive ‘likes’ on social media, is much less active, allowing temporary separation from the ego and a real appreciation for everything outside ourselves. In other words, rather than being trapped in our own mind, we gain an appreciation for just ‘being’ and the beauty of now. It has also been speculated that similar brain activity could be seen during activities such as prayer, near-death experiences, extreme sports AND fasting, so perhaps I do have a point (for once)
Would I recommend it? I’m not a doctor nor medical professional, so I won’t be recommending anything. I wouldn’t want anyone to think it’s ‘necessary’ to fast extensively, and a doctor should be consulted prior, but if you are considering it, then I advise you do it for the right reasons -
Don’t do it in desperation to lose weight, or just for the goal of fat loss.
Do it to expand the mental horizons and to give your whole self a true break. And perhaps don’t do five days, it is rather long. It might not be for everyone, but wow, that was therapeutic.
There’s only so much I can write, i’ve included some extra takeaways below, but if you have any questions, please let me know in the comments!
