PR 405x3 beltless double overhand previous best was one! Not bad considering im just getting over food poisoning. Not sitting back as far as id like ... using alot more hamstrings compared to quad. Need to work on more explosiveness but a pr is a pr 👊🏻

Left shoulder was fried - also my bad shoulder from doing high rep snatch wrong. So it was unhappy. Tried for 125 and 120 and failed both on press. Day three in a row of arms may have done it to. Most likely - just weak AF. Also 🖕🏻 wrist-wraps.

Long Tube Headers (LTH) have introduced raw flanges for their headers as a standalone item. These flanges are used on their Coyote headers for the 2011-2019 Mustang GT. Folks doing custom headers for turbo or forward facing applications.

In only a 3 1/2 month period, I have successfully added a 90lb 5 Rep PR to my deadlift.

The goal is to lay down a 525 dead by Jan 1st. Nonetheless, couldn’t be happier with the remarkable improvement I’ve had in pulling weight. Now if only my squat could blow up 😂
