Too many of our clients worry about going to the gym because they are afraid of other members looking at them & lack confidence working out around people who ‘know what they are doing in the gym’ .Never compare your goals & progress to anyone else in the gym. Everybody has different reasons for their end goal. Outside factors such as work, family, education commitments all factor into the time it takes to be where you want to be so don’t be so hard on yourself. Concentrate on being the best version of yourself & enjoy it. Never concentrate on the person beside you.. they are not concentrating on you trust me.
What a difference there is between doing 4 hours in Ireland, slogging it out in the cold and the rain wearing 5 layers, and doing 4 hours in Belgium 😍☀️ I don’t know how much longer this amazing weather will last so I’m making the most of it! I’ve done the important job of registering with the town hall here, so soon I will be cleared to start working 🤗 I cannot wait to get back to having a job - as most of you know, since March (when I moved to Mallorca to train), I have been supported by my amazing parents. I am SO looking forward to standing on my own two feet again soon - even if it will be a shock to the system to try and balance my training with a job 🙈😂
