Life will beat you down if you let it.
Practice these routines to ensure that this DOES NOT happen: .
1️⃣ Practice Gratitude
Keep focusing on solving problems, that’s how you make an impact. Just don’t let the little things go unappreciated.
Say this out loud for 5 things, “I’m grateful for _______”
You will instantly be in a better mood.
2️⃣ Make your Bed every morning
It may sound silly, but making your bed will get you in a mindset of completion. Difficult tasks will seem easier and you will be more productive throughout your day.
3️⃣ Exercise Daily
Our bodies are designed to move. In doing so, you provide your mind with more mental clarity and physical energy throughout the day.
4️⃣ Drink lots of Water
Water is literally the elixir of life. The more you drink, the better you feel.
Plus you won’t have time for people’s BS because you will have to pee constantly.
I love Eric Thomas as much as the next entrepreneur, but you NEED to sleep.
6-8 hours per night will recharge your body to make the other 16-18 more eventful and productive.
6️⃣ Journal Everyday
Journaling is the most effective way to channel conscience thoughts into the subconscious mind.
Write down your goals and affirmations until they become a part of you.
7️⃣ Learn to say No
We often run spread ourselves thin by trying to help everyone. By saying no more often, you can focus on yourself.
You can’t help others until you make sure that you’re taken care of.
8️⃣ Remind yourself of your worth
Stop saying things like “that isn’t meant for me.” and “I wish I was more like ___.” You deserve the best. Point. Blank. Period.
9️⃣ Fuel your Body
Eating to survive and eating to become unstoppable are two completely different things.
You don’t have to completely switch up your diet, just start by making 1 healthy choice a day.
🔟 Stay Consistent
You will have days where you want to give up. You may feel like things aren’t working or that you’ve been dealt a bad hand.
Just like the weather, storms eventually pass.
On the other side of this challenge is a reward that will make you happy.
Which routine is your favorite?

What a thrill to see @thinkcaper featured on @businessinsider as high tech that "can make shopping easier and potentially lead to additional purchases," and "can make a splash in the cashierless shopping industry." Read the article - link in bio.
This is the saddest thing so far this year. Jack bogle was one of my idols, and I’m glad I have his book to remember him. He founded Vanguard and created the first index fund. What a great man, may he rest in piece. 😔
John Bogle, the founder of Vanguard, revolutionized how Americans saved for retirement, championed the interest of the small investor and railed against corporate greed. He died at 89.
As founder and chairman of the Malvern-based Vanguard Group, he pioneered low-cost, low-fee investing. His company was reviled and ridiculed at first, but it ended up enabling millions of Americans to build wealth, pay for homes and college and retire comfortably.
As Vanguard grew into a titan, Bogle continued to maintain a reputation as a maverick whose integrity and old-fashioned values set an example that many admired.
“Jack could have been a multibillionaire on a par with Gates and Buffett…He basically chose to forgo an enormous fortune to do something right for millions of people,” said William Bernstein, an Oregon investment manager and author of several books on finance and economic history.
Learn about Bogle’s upbringing, and how his unorthodox approached to money management and respect for the small investor helped Vanguard succeed to where it is today.
