Fractionné ! 5x1000 m à allure 10k (3'50"/km) avec 1'50" de pause entre chaque. C'était dur de partir, mais je suis contente, allure assez facile à tenir ! 😁 Reste à voir si je peux faire cette vitesse la semaine prochaine sur 10 avec un peu de dénivelé.

Motivation doesn’t always come easy. I was tired, stuffed from dinner and would have gladly stayed in if not for @rahenyshamrock club training calling.
Running up hills repeatedly is not fun, no matter what anyone tells you. However, it’s the best thing to build stamina and speed. The other best thing? Teammates. Those that are there to support and push you along. I can’t stress how much better you will be if you run with people faster than you or train with people better than you. Try joining your local club or running group or get your friends out. You’ll be more likely to keep up your training during those dark months when you have people relying on you and you relying on them. Plus you get to experience awesome sunsets like this one this evening. If I had stayed in to Netflix, I would have missed out on it. I’m very grateful this week for everyone that helps me do what I love.
Rested for one week and tried not to get sick, it seems like it worked. Went running again tonight with Svante (no dogs), 5k and then some uphill intervals and it felt good! 🏃♀️👍🏻
Now I hope I’m not sick tomorrow when I wake up, long weekend here I come and we start with some dogtraining and maybe swimming tomorrow! 😁🎉
