Chinese President Xi Jinping (above, with Somalian President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed) pledged $60 billion (roughly €52 billion) in aid to African leaders during a major summit in Beijing on Monday as part of China's push to boost its influence abroad.
Xi promised at the Forum on China-African Cooperation (FOCAC) that "China's investment in Africa comes with no political strings attached." $60 Billion with no strings attached? 🤔

One of the reasons why I got into real estate is because there’s no ceiling to the opportunities out there. I try to explore all the possibilities of building a healthy real estate portfolio. In May, I was flown out to #Thailand to facilitate and educate myself more about the real estate market overseas. I came back with a wealth of knowledge about developments & strategies, along with being enriched by the beautiful culture, but most importantly, experiencing growth in myself. The entire trip was completely unassuming. During my flight over, I prevented an emergency landing by catching a woman fainting in the rear of the plane while I was at the right place at the right time. Then, my first morning in #Bangkok on my way to breakfast, I accidentally bumped into my client in the lobby of his hotel while still wearing my gym attire. He insisted we conduct the meeting as is (as pictured). We also visited a few condo developments that boasts impressive views and finishes. #internationalrealestate#VittorioBangkok#internationalinvestments#sukhumvit39#makingrealestatefun
