Snooooooow!! ❄️ I admit, I love snow. I know that it can be a major nuisance, or just downright dangerous, but it hardly ever snows in my little corner of the UK (too much rain? ☔️)
So imagine my delight when I got to Prague, and it was snowing enough to be all fairytale-esqe and beautiful, but not enough to be slippy and annoying. Perfect! So expect an article from me about Prague in the winter pretty soon!
Plus it makes everything nice and quiet! This is the usually-packed Charles Bridge, right at peak time. Much better! 😊
Throughout my entire life, I’ve never met a whole, undamaged person, without scars on the heart and dark corners within the mind.
It is quite fashionable nowadays to get rid of the people with issues, naming all of them “toxic” and throwing them away from our lives. Although, all of us have some “luggage” inside, our past, our fears and unpleasant experiences, our issues. I think those are the things that make us real and alive. The “perfect” thing is too boring (at least) to be true.
Indeed, there are people who are eager to ruin everything around them, being deeply unhappy, carrying a lot more than one possibly could without breaking.
Shall we avoid them? I believe there is no easy and short answer to this question. Help if you can, avoid if it breaks you, I guess.
Speaking of nice winter things, here is one of them: winter holidays.
It’s the cozy time with family and friends, when everyone gathers around the table, shares stories, enjoys time with the loved ones.
This is also a wonderful time to do all the things from the to-do-list which have been there way too long. To read all the books (well, to be more realistic, some of them), to watch amazing movies without hurrying anywhere, to eat all the sweets of the world and so on.
This is some rest from a usual life, which generally consists of hurrying and wide array of all sorts of things that should be done as soon as possible.
Winter holidays is the time when you can hit a “pause” button and actually enjoy the moment.

New year, same old me ✨
I don’t think that it’s possible for a person or, well, anything, to change drastically overnight.
I think that the most important changes, the greatest ones, tend to come slowly from within, enhancing gradually. It can be hard to notice them, to capture all those slight differences when you are the person who is changing or someone from their closest circle.
Though it’s important to work on yourself every day, achieving your dreams and goals step by step.
And it’s completely fine if you change during that journey.
Being alive means changing (some call it evolving but I don’t think that it’s a right word).

This is the last day of the year. This awesome year.
With most of you we've actually met throughout this one as only this year I've decided to become more open, started sharing stories and interacting with people. By doing so, I've tried to figure out what to do, to find myself, and, eventually, whether the living was worth it.
I'm beyond thankful to all of you. You have no idea how much this all, your support, your words, actions and, well, everything, means to me.
My last several years have been a really dark place. More than just dark, I might add. There were plenty of reasons for that and I'm not gonna list them all here.
However, this year I'm finally starting to see some light, some way out of this dark horrendous tunnel, which I've thought would never end.
I'm building my future, investing in myself, thinking a lot about the world, sharing my ideas and thoughts, meeting new amazing people.
I think I'm one step closer to Happiness.
