I will never forget trying haggis for the first time. Here is what haggis is: A Scottish dish consisting of a sheep's or calf's offal mixed with suet, oatmeal, and seasoning and boiled in a bag, traditionally one made from the animal's stomach. .
Would it be weird if I kind of liked it? To me it tasted like sausage that just happened to be a dark grey color 😂. I just come from the stand point you need to try everything at least once!
Throwback photo for @worldphotoday to a sensational sunset ascent by our daughter Orlaith ( in the pic ) and her Dad, Piaras of the classic multi-pitch rock climbing route to the summit of #Carrauntoohil ...the classic #HowlingRidge - definately one of the highlights of the summer holidays 👌
Here's Orlaith experiencing the beauty of a awesome morning sunrise rising over The MacGillycuddys Reeks of Kerry as she looks out over Com Caillí aka The Hags Glen.
Spent a week in Inch, just by the beach, last month. Absolutely beautiful spot. Only brought the camera to the beach one day. The shoot (or rather my stupidity) cost me my tripod as the seawater destroyed the delicate workings but I’m so happy with the photos it was worth it! More pics to follow.
The gorgeous Ashford Castle is perched right on the edge of Lough Corrib in Co. Mayo, but did you know it was home to the famous Guinness family as far back as 1852? A fantastic shot from 📸 @upintheeire
