First post of 2019. I wanted it to be a good one because when I look at it a year from now I hope that I lived up to it. *Long post warning*
2019 will be about Love but this love will be the hardest because it will be self love and acceptance. I think in life one of the hardest things we need to learn is how to love who we are. Too many times we listen to outside voices and mold ourselves to who we THINK we should be but we never just stop and listen to our mind, body and soul. I’m 28 years old and I’m just now learning to accept, embrace and absolutely love what makes me..me. Put yourself first. Put your well being first. Fall in love with YOU. If you have a healthy and meaningful relationship with yourself then that will reflect in all of your current and future relationships with others.
So my 2019 will be about me making sure I remind myself how I great I really am (flaws and all) and making sure I believe it.
Imagine fresh fruit, nasi goreng, juice and coffee by the pool of a gorgeous villa, a frangipani tucked behind your ear, and you’re laughing with likeminded new creative friends as the tropical sun rises over the rice paddies. After breakfast we ease into the morning, taking in the inspiration and translating it into art, so many new techniques and possibilities you feel lit up with creative fire. Imagine no pressure to do anything for anyone else, cooling dips and restful naps in between art sessions and wanderlust field trips. Imagine balmy sunsets over the peaceful coast of Western Bali, fresh delicious ingredients and a cool drink in hand. Maybe an impromptu dance party or giggly karaoke session back at the villa after dinner. Imagine this. Seven days to honor your creative spirit.
When was the last time you gave yourself such a beautiful gift? 🌴🌴❤️ Sacred Marks Bali 2019 is calling your name. I have two spots only left in my October retreat and several in late September.
Swipe through the pics of our amazing venue and insert yourself in the scene. Shoot me a DM and I’ll send you the juicy details. You deserve this. 🎨🌴🌸🙌🏽💫
Always have a vision of where you want to be. For your life and business. What your ideal business lifestyle looks like.
Both. Your business and life needs to be in synch with each other.
You cannot let your private life suffer under your business nor the other way around. You need to invest ⏳time in both. To create the ideal business and lifestyle. 🏖
Recuparating from health or relationship problems will cost you far more than the little extra you make by overworking.
So create balance by investing on both equally.
Think how would a vision of a well balanced life and business look like ? 🌞
For me when I work late I need to take my breaks in the day. 🌥
And when i want more free in the day for my family in exchange i am willing to work extra hours in the evening when needed.
Further certain months I work far less as I want to spend more time with my family. Including my mom staying with me for a few weeks. In exchange I will need to work other months a bit harder. Those months will have different priorities, that require more time and effort from me.
What does a well balanced business and private life for you look like ?

When we keep things in perspective, we learn to be more grateful for what we’re given instead of focusing on what we’re missing.
Some days are just so dang hard. It seems like life is “winning”. My husband came home the other day with shoulders slumped + said “Today won...” but once he sat in the floor, loved on the pups + hugged me, he smiled + said “but coming home is always the best, you + the pups can always make me happy.”
He always tells me that things could always be worse + I shouldn’t let the little things bother me. So when I read about how the after God saved the Israelites from slavery, all they did was complain about not having what they wanted or why would God save them only to bring them to the desert. I realized that God always provides, even on the hard days. Those days where you just don’t want to get out of bed or take a shower. He’s always with you, you need only to change your perspective. How I do that, is write down all the things that makes me happiest + I let those resonate in my mind. Sometimes I even chant them in my head all day.
So I get it, I understand the struggle but sista I’m here for you + I’ll always root for you! So start believing in yourself because I do. God loves you + has a purpose for those hard times.
After my 3rd boy in 2012 I found running to be my favorite thing. I loved lifting too because I did Ashley Horner’s ‘magnify you’ program, but running was “me time” out on the roads. I had a lifestyle change, lost 67lbs, and was rockin’ it. I was happy!
Then my knee issues started and I over trained, I guess.
It was all down hill from there. Cue depression. Doctors appointments. Stress eating and over the last 5 years I’ve tried to get back into my old lifestyle of some sort but nothing has worked, yet.
I gained my weight back, well, not all of it since some was pregnancy weight. And I’m still not happy but since last September I’ve made up my mind to stop this cycle.
I’ve known my BB coach @laurelrutledgefitness for awhile but I didn’t jump on the wagon at first. I started Liift4 by @joelfreemanfitness and I love it! Unlike other programs that wanted me to workout for 1.5-2 hours this is an awesome workout for half the time.
My nutrition was better but I have to break the bad habits. I have to get back to the way I was and out of my rut. I have to plan meals and make choices that better for my body than I was making. So I’ve adopted some principles of 2B mindset by @ilanamuhlsteinrd until I can afford it.
I’m happy to say that I’ve dropped 4lbs in the last 2weeks since I started. It’s nice to see some momentum and weight loss when I thought I was stuck bc I couldn’t run anymore.
And if you know me, I homeschool, and follow @brandyvencel. She sent an email out today that spurred this post: “Be patient and move forward”. when we identify a problem, we often want it solved immediately; yesterday would be even better, she says in her email.
She goes on to say that’s not how it works and if we need to break this bad habit we have to replace it with a good one and it takes time. There are no magic tricks that will allow us to skip the hard part.
It’s been super fun to hang out with these women and meet all the people at Solle HQ. I learned so much and played a bunch too! ▫️
One thing I’m excited to bring home is a foot detox machine. Sounds weird. Looks weird. And is soooo good for your health. Goes perfect with my adaptogenic herb protocol. 🙌🏼 If you’re local to #pompanobeach then DM me for more info!

Here is a shoutout for all of you who are trying to exist both in the outside world as well as within . Those who try to create their own peace . Maybe your journey are hidden beneath your vibrant smiles but your pain and emotions are not futile . Your suffering must make you lost .
Maybe they will laugh it off , maybe you will be judged but trust me to be captive of your own inhibition is not what you want . All of us face a story and hence it should be told . Speak up and try to unfold .
There is no storm you can't get over ,
There is no tempest which doesn't make you stronger .
It's you who have to be incharge .
Stop toxicating yourself and save your soul from the break out .
Mental health should not be a taboo anymore .
Let's break this dogma and talk about it more .
Whose 🌍 is this?
It’s Mine, It’s Mine, It’s Mine
The more you focus on positive words/positive self-image, the more various areas of your brain will be positively affected. You will even begin to hold a more positive perception of people you interact with. If you have a negative self-image, then this will spill into your interactions with others. Sometimes it’s not them, it’s you. It’s a gut check, but it’s necessary maturation. The power is in our hands to be the best versions of ourselves.
Whose 🌍 is this?
The World is Yours, The World is Yours
Arthur Louis Pullman III otrzymał sądowy zakaz zbliżania się do swojej dziewczyny oraz utracił stypendium. Jest także wnukiem sławnego pisarza. Dziadek bohatera tydzień przed swoją śmiercią wyruszył w tajemniczą podróż. Od tych wydarzeń minęło pięć lat. Teraz Arthur wyrusza w podróż śladami dziadka by dowiedzieć się o nim i o sobie czegoś więcej.
Very proud of the person that I have grown to be over the past few years. I have learned so much about myself, what I am capable of, and the direction I want to go. It is crazy how much better life gets when you are past feeling insecure about what others are thinking/saying about you, something that is much easier said than done. 2019 is the year of taking chances, working hard, and investing my time in things I love.

This hair takes forever to blow dry. Which is why I (personally) only do 3x/year max. Off to an afternoon of @statemgmt things: work, mtgs, work, digitals... also not an ad just really loving my @indie_lee new brightening cleanser. My goal for 2019 is shifting my skincare routine to toxic free products. My skin broke out for ~1wk with the change but we baaaack. No filter! 🎬📸✨
