All I knew was partying and snowboarding. I wasn’t accountable for shit, I over thought everyyything, and I lived in a bubble of anxiety and self pity.
Grow, girl. GROW 🌱.
We may not all be lucky enough to have it all together, but we are all lucky enough to have a choice to take matters into our own hands.

Debated to share. It’s been years since I’ve instructed STEP😊 Had some free time and needed to workout so I split my time with this fun format and then my strength training routine😃 I’m not one to wear shorts much anymore, but you know what? It’s life. I had an injury, but I did what I could and pushed on. I’m not 20, heck I’m 43! And I’m proud of it!!!💪🏼 I share because I want all of you to be inspired to be an active participant in your own life, not a bystander. I’m starting an online training program where I will send you your weekly workouts, and I’ll post short videos. I’ve been toying around with the idea, but I think it’s time. I’ve got 20 years in this business and I want to reach out beyond the gym. Inspired by my daughter who has #socialanxiety and going out makes her panic, I want to reach out and help you overcome that through finding your inner strength and peace.
My birthday 3 days ago...Spent at @carf( cancer aid and research foundation)..NGO that provides financial aid and counselling to the underprivileged members of our society who are unaffording of cancer treatment . I had the privilege of spending my bday with these brave cancer fighting children , few of them who are already on their way of recovery... Thank you Carf Management for your wonderful assistance and support for bringing it all together..extending my special gratitude towards Dr Bhavna, Mr Anup and Mrs.Savita (C.E.O) , my husband Sameer and my Mom. It's a wonderful feeling to see/know that I could brighten their day ... from cake cutting to drawing competition to providing them lunch and sharing veg thaali with these kids( lipsmacking scrumptious meal ).. I do not want to keep all my charities or the social causes I take up, private. Iam sorry if it gives anybody a sore eye but I will shamelessly talk about it... If I call myself an influencer, I cannot just be an influence in the clothes I wear , or places I travel or the food I eat ...which are important too as it gives wonderful goals in life but then how can I shy away posting about such important issues where we need to encourage more and more people to do such activities.. we all are wonderful humans but what we need is that little nudge once in a while to be influenced for the right thing... So am I doing it JUST for social media? No! But is social media 1 of the factors.. Oh yes! There is no shame in using the social media for GOOD THINGS and if it gives happiness and spread smiles ..then WHY NOT?
