I know people post about their relationships with social media daily. However that relationship has a lot to do with our connection with ourselves & more importantly each other.
So I will say just this 👇🏻, and writing this and hearing has helped me turn things inward a bit. ¥

Doesn’t make you like yourself more.
That can be a really empty way of living and loving.
But when you do the work,
And you like yourself, it not only makes it easier to believe in yourself,
But it allows you to trust and love that
YOU ARE ENOUGH.
And receiving that love isn’t a replacement for what you lack,
But an addition to what you already have. •
Get to know someone, build genuine relationships, but don’t forget about the most important one,
with yourself. •

What is Yin Yang Yoga
Yin/Yang yoga is a practice that balances the slow-paced Yin yoga with the traditional Yang yoga. Yin/Yang yoga has its roots in China in the Taoist concepts of yin — a feminine, passive, cooling energy — and yang — a masculine, dynamic, warming energy.
Just as the Taoists believe that yin and yang complement each other and one cannot exist without the other, the Yin/Yang yoga practice uses both types of yoga to provide both physical and spiritual balance.

This workout kicked my butt this morning 🤦♀️🤦♀️

(Mini malabarista) • Ya estoy en esa edad donde empiezo a decir “chavitas” a las de 20, las veo cuidando los milímetros de su bronceado y las mini tiras que lo delimitan; todo está en su lugar, recorren kilómetros en bici, nadan, aguantan el sol y la fiesta también. .
A penas me doy cuenta -ya rumbo a los 40- que el tiempo pasó muy rápido; si olvido el bloqueador del 100 me da el patatus, me preocupo por comer papaya en la mañana, amanezco con dolor de espalda porque me emocioné en la alberca haciendo mi “Aqua aerobics ochentero”. El otro día olvidé ponerme en un pedazo de la espalda bloqueador y me quedó un cuadro rojo espantoso de 15x15 que le pasan líneas blancas sin sentido de los trajes que me pongo; algunas partes ya se aflojaron y lo único firme que está es la terquedad que se me nota más y el carácter -bueno y malo-, también hay dolores que ya no se van a ir y me doy cuenta que no todo siempre tiene sentido de libro motivacional.
Aquí, allá, donde sea el chiste es aguantarse solita, sacudirse la arena cuando pica y esperar estar muchos años aquí, emprendiendo, creciendo, amando y que llegue el día a mis 80 en mi traje de lunares blancos, flores en la cabeza y vino blanco en la mano para poder decir a lo lejos: ¿Ya viste a esa joven de 40?
