Is Life Beautiful? Yes it is, if we think it is. When people are in pain, they forget the otherside of life beautiful life. They think "why only i am getting such pains in my life", "this is how the whole life gonna be", "others are happy, living beautiful life, lucky and blessed". But, the life fact is not what we think. None of us life will be same all the time. We do not know how many of them are in double the pain of ours at this point in time. If you just say this is the state i am in, you can see countless no of metoo's.
Life is like a coin. Pleasure and pain are the two sides, Only one side is visible at time, But remember other side also waiting for its turn. just wait for your turn to come, do not focus on your pain or problems. when we are in dark it is night and definietly morning will come and we will be back to light. In this world, for some people it is night and for some people it is morning. If we understand this simple logic, we will not go down when we are in pain.
Each and every one of us will get our turn to show who are we to this world. Move on with your head held high and a smile for everyone.
“Life is so much easier when you just chill out.”
Lately, I’ve been finding that even though I’m able to physically function and complete tasks, it’s not beneficial mentally and emotionally to attempt to jam -pack my weeks or take on every task on my own. I often ignore the fact that I have a need to relax and take care of myself once in a while.
Sometimes I feel like I need permission to take a break. So if you also feel this way, here’s your permission: If you’re constantly on the go every second of every day, challenge yourself to chill out for a second. The work will be there when you get back. (‘cause ain’t nobody else gonna do it anyways! Am I right?)
This week I’ve really appreciated that there is something very calming and rewarding about making some quiet time for myself. Especially since I have been feeling stressed and overwhelmed. It’s places like these that give me the chance to just clear my head and enjoy the silence for a moment and definitely something I need to work into my regular routine.
