Truncating the dodecahedron will reveal various polyhedra - the Truncated dodecahedron (purple), the icosidodecahedron (yellow), the truncated icosahedron aka buckyball (green) and icosahedron (red). If u remember, I showed the truncation of the icosahedron a week or so ago. We can now see that the dodecahedron truncates to the icosahedron and the icosahedron truncates to the dodecahedron.

Let’s talk about belly fat. We all have it, even people who look like they have abs! Well the reality is you can't really target just one area to reduce fat, but you can reduce fat overall, and some foods help reduce fat more than others! All of these help!
Salmon 🐟 has omega 3's and helps to burn fat and increase your metabolism!
Avocados 🥑 sometimes get a bad rap because they have a lot of fat. Seems counterintuitive if you're trying to reduce fat! But they actually have good fat that helps slow your hunger, promote heart health, and reduce overall fat on your body.
Sweet potatoes 🍠 are considered one of the worlds healthiest foods because they have antioxidants and anti inflammatories that help our digestion and processing of foods.
Bananas 🍌 are rich in potassium and have helped me with bloating. They also are dense and keep me full.

Lets get one thing straight - leaving health aside the only thing that will make you put on weight is being in a calorie surplus - simply put, eating more energy than you are burning each day.
Now lets take a closer look at a whole food plant based diet. As the diagram clearly shows the calorie density of real food - plant based whole food (which is predominantly carb based) - is SUPER low in calorie density.
This is why overweight people generally shed a ton of weight when going vegan. But it’s not a ‘vegan’ diet that is magical - it’s eating a healthier, cleaner and plant based diet that effects the change.
You can turn vegan and eat a bunch of simple carbs and junk food all day and wonder why you’re not losing weight - you need to eat clean if weight loss is your goal.👊🏻
