Dengue Testimony on Shiruto
24th Jan to 25th Jan 2019, this customer had high fever with body temperature at 39 for one or two days, without appetit, even vomited after consume milo and porridge.
She was admitted to the hospital on 26th Jan 2019 and had drip. (吊点滴) About 5 to 6packets water drip in a day.
Then to realise she had dengue fever.
She was given two tablets of medication, but her appetite do not regain even meals was served daily.

Our Immune System is Dope AF!
Your immune system is a complex network of cells and glands that all interact through a variety of cell-signaling molecules, receptors and intra cell signaling.
Your immune system can be divided globally into two systems that work together.
This includes Innate Immunity and Adaptive Immunity.
Innate immunity is your first line defense system.
It involves mechanical protection (skin, mucous membranes, digestive tract), chemical protection (digestive enzymes, stomach acid), secretory barriers (enzymes, immunoglobulins, sIgA) and inflammatory processes (white blood cells, natural killer cells, etc.).
The adaptive immune system is what “adapts” to invading organisms over time.
This is what we think of when we get sick, survive and become stronger for it. The primary cells involved with adaptive immunity are T and B lymphocytes, which in turn respond with a high degree of specificity with the production of additional immune cells and molecules.
The adaptive immune system has a “memory” that allows for a quicker and more potent response to future invasions.
From a testing perspective, baseline tests should always start off with a complete blood cell count and on cells that are products of the innate immune system such as intestinal barrier (leaky gut), digestive function (stomach acid, digestive enzymes), NK cell activity and complement cells.
More in depth and highly personalized testing includes assessing the adaptive immune system but I would always begin with a comprehensive blood chemistry exam, comprehensive stool analysis and oxidative stress evaluation.
Based on the information collected from the tests mentioned above, your goal would include addressing infections, dysbiosis, impaired digestion and intestinal permeability or mitochondrial health, metabolic reserve and amino acid deficiencies identified.

One of the easiest ferments to introduce to children in the family, it tastes like pickled ones, but with loads of benefits. Check out the post on my blog for more details
1 liter chlorine free water
2-3 tbsp salt
Boil water and dissolve salt then let cool completely before use
1 kg cucumbers
About 3-4 cups of brine
5-6 stems of fresh dill
4 garlic pods
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
2-3 grape leaves.
Direction * Place all ingredients (except cucumber)in the bottom of the jar. * Tilt the jar, and start lining cucumbers, to one side of the jar until you fill the bottom. * Wedge more cucumbers until you squeeze as many so it won’t float when you add brine.
* Fill the jar brine to the top and cover with original cover, or with a clean mesh if you are not looking for crispy texture
* Leave for two days, in a dark and draft free area, then check fermentation process.
* If you used small cucumbers it’s better to put them in the fridge once they complete 4 days, for a week before use them to slow down fermentation (this suits warm countries like GCC countries)

٤ حبات من الثوم
١ م.ط من بذور الكزبرة
٢ م.ش من بذور الفلفل الأحمر أو رقائق الفلفل الحار (اختياري)
٢-٣ أوراق من ورق العنب، ويمكن استبدال هذه الأوراق بكيس من الشاي الأحمر العضوي
