Starting with the 2 appetisers, one will be having the Caprese Salad consisting of mozzarella cheese and fresh tomatoes seasoned with olive oil, black pepper and fresh basil & sea salt. Next up is my favourite Pan Seared Foie Gras served with brioche, salad and red wine juice
Mains wise, one can choose from 3 dishes, the Grilled Turkey Breast or the Grilled BBQ Oriental Lamb Spare Rib are both prepared using the sous vide method at 85 degrees celsius for 6 hours before being grilled. One can also go for the Creamy Baked Black Cod Fish which is pan seared and served with green pea purée & poached lettuce and mango salsa
End off the meal with the toothsome desserts such as Chocolate Mousse or log cake. There is also the option of topping up for 2 hours of free flow of drinks. 🍻🍸🍹

Muhamed Jamuri Busori, co-founder of I Am Cafe, once lost about $40,000 from his first venture, Ignite Music Cafe in 2012 after two years of operations. After that, he made a visit to Amsterdam and fell in love with the food and culture there. Hence, he decided to start I Am Cafe with his co-founders.
One of the missing elements he faced when he was managing his first venture - Ignite Music Cafe, was the lack of skilled staffs for his F&B operations since most of them were part-timers instead of dedicated full-timers. To solve this issue in his current cafe, he now focuses on sincere and honest people who are passionate about F&B when hiring new staffs.
