The other day, someone asked me “what drives you to train regularly?” Honestly, if I were asked the same question few years back, my answer will be shallow “I want to lose weight and have a 6 pack abs!”
Now, I also got surprised with my answer - “because I want to do unbroken 150 Push-ups, 50 Pull-ups ,30 muscle-ups, I want to finish my circuit with no cheat reps and faster time, maybe one day finish the ironman..” I have so many specific fitness goals in mind!😅 I can now tell that it is really a lifestyle and a never-ending process of self improvement... and all you have to do is find that DRIVE!💯
