Can’t believe I have never heard of taralli (traditionally made with lard, black pepper, and toasted almonds) until now. They make them in so many flavors now (scroll to see).

Deze Spaanse varkens leven voornamelijk op een dieet van eikeltjes van de kurk- en steeneik waar ze naar hartenlust tussen kunnen rondscharrelen.

Science research showed that an Iberico Pork diet is virtually the same as that of olive oil, if not better***.
