HOW TO UP YOUR BOOTY GAME🔥
I don’t know about you but I absolutely love training my lower body, and of course focusing on my booty🍑
Here are some things that I do that have helped grow my glutes.
1- GLUTE ACTIVATION🍑
Always warm up your glutes and get a pump going before you jump into your weights. This will help keep your glutes more engaged throughout your whole workout. Personally I love- SL bridge, clamshells, monster walks, banded kickbacks and banded abduction.
2- HEAVY COMPOUNDS🍑
Make your big compound movements a big focus in your training. Make sure your form always comes first- 🙅🏼♀️no injuries!!
Hip thrusts, deadlifts, squats, lunge, split squats!
Make sure you are hitting different all sides of your glutes. Your glutes have 3 muscles and if you want bigger, rounder booty you gotta hit them all!
Hip thrusts, kickbacks, abduction, sumo deadlift, straight leg dead, sumo squat, narrow squat!
4- PROPER NUTRIENTS🍑
Make sure you are fuelling your body properly, eating the right amount of food for you and your goals. I eat a balanced diet or protein, carbs, and fats. I actually always add in a carbs supplement during every workout to give my body that extra energy it needs to push even harder! When you are starting out I know most of us girls just want to work on our legs all the time, but is important to rest. Your muscles need time to recover, repair, and grow! I am currently doing 2 heavy leg days a week and they are 3 days apart to give them time to grow and recover!

Happy hump 🐫 day guys!!
It’s the middle of the week and I’m feeling amazing. I’ve been so motivated and productive the last few days that it’s pushing me to do more and more each day. And guess what, I finally have the energy and mindset to do it all!
Let’s backtrack to Sunday quick - I had a HUUUGE mental breakdown. The kind where I cried my eyes out, yelled and had a panic attack in bed 🛌 while my boyfriend tried his hardest to comfort me. I was mad at everything. My health, my skin, my hair loss, my mentality, my job and everything in between. But you know what happened afterwards? Me.
I pep talked myself out of it - “everything is temporary, this is all just temporary”... another thought that sprung into my mind was that our intentions create our reality. What we say, think and do, creates our life. I decided to start all over with a new mindset - that what I want, will be mine. And I am working my damn butt off for it. Remember - we’re allowed to have breakdowns and get frustrated, just don’t unpack there.. pick yourself back up and keep pushing harder and for MORE ✨🙏🏽
