What a dark horse this room was! From the first picture, you would never have realised how much work was needed to restore this room.
Every floor joist was rotten, floorboards full of wood worm, and shutters reveals hiding rotten wood.😣 Thankfully all repaired and now a room that i can't wait to spend lots of time in over the Autumn/winter months.
Picturesque honey coloured Cotswold stone period cottages and shops line the high street in Broadway.
The high street was an ancient ‘ridgeway’ and the main road from Worcester to London. It’s a wide street or ‘broad way’ hence the name.
How quirky is this brick-built seating area? We love it and think it makes a great addition to this beautifully renovated detached bungalow in High Salvington. ⠀

HAPPY SELLER ALERT 🎉
This kitchen is officially sold! And we could not be more excited (and relived)!
Mr. Seller was listed with another agent a few months prior to deciding to work with us, and unfortunately that contract fell apart less than a week before closing 😩
Luckily, we were able to put a different ending to the story this time with a little extra due diligence and a little faith along the way 👏
Congratulations to buyer and seller! 5841 Walnut Creek Boulevard is SOLD 🥳🥳🥳
The last remaining house on Bay Street, in Bay Village. It was built in the 1830s. I wish we would build new homes this size. The average new house today is over 2,500 sq ft! .
The street became the name sake of Bay Village when the historic name of Church street district no longer appealed. A bit of imagination is needed to envision the for brick buildings cluster together and sitting across from six wooden houses .
