It’s taken forever for this contractor to get started, but let’s say we are making progress on the French drain. Hopefully this will help keeping the basement dryer. It’s not per see wet down there but just too damp to permanently use those gorgeous rooms. The original dining room is located in the English Basement and we are hoping to make it useable again.
Transforming the garden - A cocktail lounge in the garden where a garden shed once stood. Swipe to see Before. We tiled to area with Yorkstone, reused the garden furniture but gave it new life with custom cushions using @osborneandlittle fabrics with flowers and butterflies! Added a new table top made of porcelain tiles from @firedearth. We put up a new fence using composite wood and instead of going full height with it, we used different widths of wood, grading it smaller as it got higher. Installed @originalbtc mast lights on the fence and hung @johncullenlighting starlighters from the tree. Client loves hydrangeas and with #balcombestreetwindowboxcompany we are growing jasmine to crawl along the fence. .
