Tackled the hardest hills I've run (in a month) since Sunday's race was relatively flat for the most part! 👊🏼
I really wasn't up for it after a long workday but it was badly needed & I felt great afterwards!
We're finally over the hump y'all! Let's end this week on a high note!!!! 😎
So incredibly honored to be featured in this month's Front Porch. They did a wonderful job tying in how important the fundraising dollars means to cancer research. Research from local doctors at the Anschutz campus saved my friend Paige's life, and gave my mom 8 bonus years of life after she was diagnosed with leukemia. Dr. James DeGregori, and Dr. Dan Pollyea have dramatically improved survival rates and depend on people like us to help fund their research.
Please take the time to read this article, and please support my effort to fund a research portfolio to find a cure!

As a business owner and runner, the thought of being still doesn’t really make sense. But sometimes, that’s exactly what God wants me to do. To be still, stop trying to doing everything on my own, and let Him take care of the mess I’m in.
From what I’ve learned, being still doesn’t mean forgetting about the situation or what I need to do, it’s simply a humble way of asking for help.
“I was lightning ⚡️ before the thunder⛈” this has been one of my go to running songs ever since I started training for Marine Corps last year. And it still holds true and gets me pumped up 😊 I’m totally starting to see the possibility of truly running my GMP for 26.2 miles😍

Group run with the local Running club! Felt great to run with friends and not stress over pace, etc. Just out and about taking in the scenery and enjoying the run.
