Before the day is out we want to take a moment to say Happy Birthday 🎂 to our owner, Brian Fish!
No room for 🦀 in a barrel folks! If we work together, we grow together. Just like @venchi_homes, @realtorrenita, & @kharysellshomes, Chamira Watkins is passionate and knowledgeable about her business. And her greatest desire is to help people conquer their fears by educating themselves on the home buying process. A home inspector's job may not be glamorous; to many not significant but it is definitely putting us in contact with individuals that are making us better at what we do. We've made some great connections this month...we hope to make even more in the days ahead 😊 🔸

While I am a big fan of do it yourself projects, some things are better left to the professionals. Electrical outlets wired incorrectly can be very dangerous. This picture shows the reading from an outlet that has been wired backwards and is not grounded. The kicker is that it looks the same as any ordinary outlet, but greatly increases the risk of electrical shock. If you are not properly trained in what you're doing, give a professional a call. 👍
Few days ago at an inspection we were testing the shower pan on a 2nd floor Master Bathroom shower, come downstairs after a few minutes and found this with our thermal imaging. Moisture level so high it blew up my meter 😂. Contact us at 559-512-0197 for your Home Inspection needs.
